Little late guys..... I placed an order with this company last July. I called to confirm that the helmet and upgrade kit I wanted were in stock before placing the order because I have heard that their website inventory was habitually off. They sent the helmet itself fairly quickly, but the upgrade kit took 8 months to get to me. String of emails and calls for months. They did offer to refund the upgrade kit, which I refused because I wanted to see just how long it was going to be before it made it to me (If ever). If they had just been honest with me about lead times when I called, or if they had sent me some extras with the package when it finally shipped. I could possibly forgive the situation, but as it stands I can't. Long story short, I can't recommend this company to anyone. Edit The day after I posted this review, the CEO reached out to me to correct the issue I've had over the past eight months. We were able to come to a reasonable solution. I was left behind before, but with his attention I do not believe it will happen again. I will be purchasing a few items from them in the coming weeks. I will edit this again and let you know how it goes.

Great company and a great product Great company and a great product! I ordered helmets for my police department from them. Not only did they send out helmets to let us try before we made the purchase but they kept us informed every step of the way getting the new helmets to us. Very good customer service and a great helmet to go along with it. The newest helmet they offer are excellent the fit and finish are flawless. Very comfortable and light weight with good attachment components. Plus it’s now made in the USA!

Order Number 6790 It all went well. Check out and navigation of the website is easily. My problem arose when after checking our I didn’t get a notification for 13 days. I don’t mind waiting, a little better communication would be good. Aside from that, shipping went really fast. Helmet arrived in perfect condition. Overall. Satisfied customer. Just curious to see where I can find out on how to use points from this purchase.

Well made Well made, Cheap compared to other brands at the same ballistic rating. Padding could be better, but can't expect super comfort at this price range and replacement pads are cheap. Helmet is a little heavy but that is to be expected. Wish they offered a super high cut helmet. Helmet mounted hearing protection is a little tight.
