Staff was excellent and very helpful but range equipment needs repairs and the AC needs repair Staff was excellent and very helpful. I have been shooting here for a year or more usually on weekends. Finally decided to join as a member, which the staff at the range desk processed easily for me. I come here to shoot enough to make the membership worthwhile. My only complaint is that the lanes on this range on which you can shoot an AR platform are broken and have been out of service for several months. Now also about half of the other lanes are not working properly. an investment needs to be made to fix the equipment and reopen the AR lanes, especially since the nearest competition for AR shooting is the Richmond WR which recently had a fire and shut down indefinately. Also today, the A/C in the range was not working properly and it was like a sauna. Staff is excellent, but you have to invest in upgrading/fixing the range equipment otherwise you are losing an opportunity to keep happy many satisfied customers.
