PSA rocks at every level I've dealt with them in, which is why they are the only company I buy firearms through whether it's a PSA firearm or others.

Staff was excellent and very helpful but range equipment needs repairs and the AC needs repair Staff was excellent and very helpful. I have been shooting here for a year or more usually on weekends. Finally decided to join as a member, which the staff at the range desk processed easily for me. I come here to shoot enough to make the membership worthwhile. My only complaint is that the lanes on this range on which you can shoot an AR platform are broken and have been out of service for several months. Now also about half of the other lanes are not working properly. an investment needs to be made to fix the equipment and reopen the AR lanes, especially since the nearest competition for AR shooting is the Richmond WR which recently had a fire and shut down indefinately. Also today, the A/C in the range was not working properly and it was like a sauna. Staff is excellent, but you have to invest in upgrading/fixing the range equipment otherwise you are losing an opportunity to keep happy many satisfied customers.

I love PSA !!! I love PSA !!!! I only wish they could do online background checks so I wouldn't even have to go to a dealer to pick up serialized gun parts .... PSA is EXCELLENT quality at a GREAT PRICE!!! I have purchased several firearms and accessories from PSA over the last couple of years! The latest being a full size dagger, all black with a chameleon threaded barrel! To say that I love all of the guns and other items I've purchased is a great understatement! The quality is second to none, customer service is excellent (you don't get the runaround with the automated stuff). I'm amazed that you get such a great product at an even greater price point! Their quality vs. price is unmatched! I'm a forever fan and customer of PSA! I trust my life to their guns and products! My edc is my dagger.....hands down the best pistol I've ever owned, and I own several different "higher priced" brands! PSA, thank you for focusing on your customers and not just on profit! Best deals and great products Always have great deals and PSA firearms are great. I love my Dagger I recently purchased. PSA is where I got all my ARs that I've put together with no hassle. Recently visited Sout Carolina and got to actually go to the Charleston location and shop. Fishing, hunting, outdoors. More than just a gun store.
