Great job you guys, way to fix a relationship! -Scott TOK, you asked. this is objective criticism and not anger or frustration. 1. That shipping insurance thing that defaults onto orders and if you’re not paying attention you get I forget what it was digged for 10 or 15 bucks feels scamming. It was also not super exciting to have to reach out and ask where my order was after a couple of weeks. After waiting patiently for a couple weeks and then emailing all I got back was “your has shipped.” I get it people make mistakes orders get overlooked . Sorry we screwed up. Sorry it was backordered. We’re going to cover your shipping fees. That’s what I do in my business when we make a mistake. Oh, and you had a discontinued item on your website and getting that swapped out for what you did have was kind of a pain but again it happens. I can’t promise that I will be ordering again. GBGreat Product and Shipping Found the product, surfboard, I was looking for at a very competitive price and a lot cheaper shipping. Arrived within an very acceptable time frame and only very minor dings, that's what repair kits are for and it will occur anyways, caused by UPS, lol. I will definitely be purchasing further items in the future. Thnx
