GBGreat Exercise Seat Adapter I ordered the 3 bolt exercise seat adapter so that I could put a normal bike seat (rather than the super huge seat that is standard) on my exercise bike. The product arrived in a timely manner, was easy to install, and works well.

GBI ordered the UNI-3 adapter which… I ordered the UNI-3 adapter which arrived quickly but did not fit my exercise bike. I sent an email requesting a return slip so I could send it back but instead was upsold by their Operations Manager that I would need to buy a "Franson Bit" to extend the adapter so it would fit. I sent a couple emails back a few days ago with questions about ordering the extra part or getting a custom adapter but still have not heard back. I also attempted to call multiple times during their business hours on both their toll free number as well as the direct number in the Operations Manager's email but no one ever answers. This is quite simply the worst service I have experienced.

GBThis was a difficult seat adaptation… This was a difficult seat adaptation for an old True Z7 upright exercycle. I took pictures and measurements and sent them to Kellam at bicycleseats.com. The new seat required a custom adapter. These guys sent both the adapter and new seat and they worked perfectly. Turnaround time was quick. Good service, nice and helpful people. Try ‘em, you’ll like ‘em!

GBThe seat I ordered didn't work well on… The seat I ordered didn't work well on my exercise bike. I sent an email to ask if I could exchange it and got no reply. I also made a phone call to the operations manager and left a message explaining the situation, but got no reply.

GBGood prices and no nonsense Better price than Amazon, better shipping speed than Amazon prime. BycycleSeats actually sent me what I ordered, an unused, high quality seat, too, so that's another plus over other places....
