USPrompt and friendly service with accurate advice I wasn't sure what part I needed to adapt my Schwinn Airdyne. I sent a note to these folks who responded right away. It turned out I only needed an inexpensive seat-post adapter rather than ordering an expensive seat. It arrived within two days of my order and was easy to install just as they instructed. USThis was a difficult seat adaptation… This was a difficult seat adaptation for an old True Z7 upright exercycle. I took pictures and measurements and sent them to Kellam at bicycleseats.com. The new seat required a custom adapter. These guys sent both the adapter and new seat and they worked perfectly. Turnaround time was quick. Good service, nice and helpful people. Try ‘em, you’ll like ‘em!

USLarge Seat Gel Pad Game Changer! Fantastic gel pad for large exercise bike seat. Used it today for the second time, as it arrived only yesterday, and makes the wide seat so much more comfortable for my “boney rear end”. Seriously, it was like night and day. I recently purchased an expensive Matrix upright exercise bike which is very nice but a bit uncomfortable. This gel pad was a game changer and does exactly what I needed. I am very pleased.

We traded several emails, my order was promptly filled & filled correctly & my bracket arrived in a few days with great tracking, I used the new bracket today & it works great. USPerfect! So glad I finally decided to get this adaptor! It wasn't difficult to install at all--I just needed a screwdriver and a couple of adjustable wrenches. Attached it to my Progear 225 indoor bike, added a more ergonomic bike seat than the one it came with, and now I can pedal away for much longer. As an added bonus, it raised the seat several inches, which allows my legs to extend longer to reach the pedals (my knees were bending too much before). Major workout upgrade!
