I got a confirmation email and to verify my address again, so there was no issue with there to send the bike. I received the bike in six days. No missing parts and the bike was well packaged. Easy instructions on how to finish the assembly. 10 out of 10 so far.

Wallke didn't honor their return policy… Wallke didn't honor their return policy as it's written on their website. After receiving the bike it was just to heavy for my wife to ride. Wallke is impossible to reach by phone. In an email (when they felt like replying) their answer to us returning the bike to them was for us to sell it on Craig's List. I'm not kidding. Avoid this company like the plague. We bought the bike in early March of 2024. A bike helmet and a container rack were included in the purchase and those items still haven't arrived 2 months later. Avoid Wallke like the plague. I'm wondering if it's a real company or someone brokering bikes out of China from their house or apartment. Chino & Rancho Cucamonga are cities listed for their warehouse and business/store. Google maps doesn't list either location.

I received my H9 two weeks ago and… I received my H9 two weeks ago and loving everything about it..My first adventure was a 17 mile ride ...it was awesome and looking forward to my next journey which would be 35 miles...I can't forget how awesome customer service has been answering all my questions...H9 power.

Great buying experience H7 AWD This was a preorder so I only waited a couple of weeks but I received a verification of shipping address on a Saturday and a notice of shipping on Monday. The bike came a day earlier than posted! Most companies could learn a thing from Wallke about doing business! Thanks for the great e-bike 🚴

Walkee H6s ebike The ebike is excellent the power, smooth ride,range are beyond anything I have experienced and I have had 3 ebikes. The range is fantastic the 36ah battery is tremendous.I have over 86 miles on my first charge in throttle & peddle assist use & I still have 2 battery bars remaining. I am anticipating getting over 100 miles on my 1st charge. The power of the 1000w motor is easily discernable over 750w motors. The full suspension provides a much smoother ride than you would anticipate. The folding aspect is great. If you get a flat it will make getting it into your vehicle much safer & easier. Finally the versatility of the bike is evidenced by the ability to add an additional battery in the down tub. I highly recommend this ebike to anyone either as a 1st ebike or someone looking to upgrade. You won't be disappointed.
