GBI would love to say it’s been great I would love to say it’s been great, but the free gift of helmet and rack are apparently back ordered. I am 63 and just not sure how much I want to ride with no helmet. Any updates?

GBI received my H9 two weeks ago and… I received my H9 two weeks ago and loving everything about it..My first adventure was a 17 mile ride ...it was awesome and looking forward to my next journey which would be 35 miles...I can't forget how awesome customer service has been answering all my questions...H9 power.

GBI ordered the bike on a Friday Morning I ordered the bike on a Friday Morning. Within 3 hours. I got a confirmation email and to verify my address again, so there was no issue with there to send the bike. I received the bike in six days. No missing parts and the bike was well packaged. Easy instructions on how to finish the assembly. 10 out of 10 so far.
