Wallke didn't honor their return policy… Wallke didn't honor their return policy as it's written on their website. After receiving the bike it was just to heavy for my wife to ride. Wallke is impossible to reach by phone. In an email (when they felt like replying) their answer to us returning the bike to them was for us to sell it on Craig's List. I'm not kidding. Avoid this company like the plague. We bought the bike in early March of 2024. A bike helmet and a container rack were included in the purchase and those items still haven't arrived 2 months later. Avoid Wallke like the plague. I'm wondering if it's a real company or someone brokering bikes out of China from their house or apartment. Chino & Rancho Cucamonga are cities listed for their warehouse and business/store. Google maps doesn't list either location.

I would love to say it’s been great I would love to say it’s been great, but the free gift of helmet and rack are apparently back ordered. I am 63 and just not sure how much I want to ride with no helmet. Any updates?

The bike is amazing The bike is amazing im taking it to and from work in the Florida Keys. The plastic part of the kickstand fell off on a bumpy area but i had the shocks fully tight so it was bumpier than usual. Glued that piece back on very small issue on an otherwise amazing experience on the bike. It is also really fun to ride its raining today and im bummed that i cant go riding!

I received my H9 two weeks ago and… I received my H9 two weeks ago and loving everything about it..My first adventure was a 17 mile ride ...it was awesome and looking forward to my next journey which would be 35 miles...I can't forget how awesome customer service has been answering all my questions...H9 power.
