USWallke didn't honor their return policy… Wallke didn't honor their return policy as it's written on their website. After receiving the bike it was just to heavy for my wife to ride. Wallke is impossible to reach by phone. In an email (when they felt like replying) their answer to us returning the bike to them was for us to sell it on Craig's List. I'm not kidding. Avoid this company like the plague. We bought the bike in early March of 2024. A bike helmet and a container rack were included in the purchase and those items still haven't arrived 2 months later. Avoid Wallke like the plague. I'm wondering if it's a real company or someone brokering bikes out of China from their house or apartment. Chino & Rancho Cucamonga are cities listed for their warehouse and business/store. Google maps doesn't list either location.

USOrdered a new display, but it arrived used.... I recently ordered a new display for my X3 Pro and the unit arrived in used condition. The screen was missing the removable protection layer and the unit was covered in dried mud as if just having been removed from another bike. The display is also unable to access advanced settings when the unit is plugged into bike like my original display.
