Delayed delivery Firstly, I have had several prior orders with PadelUSA and all were delivered VERY PROMPTLY and perfectly. However, an order placed on 3/26/24 which I had intended to use for a tournament during the first week of April strangely did not arrive until 4/4/2024. I love buying from your store but I was unable to get any intelligent answer when I reached out to you. I will try once again now with an order placed 4/6/2024 and we shall see what happens. Not Buy HERE The product was already in Bad conditions when he arrived and i tried to reach them and they didn’t answer. Bad service, bad prodcut, bad everything. For 500$ I paid I expected a little more or at least give the right product.

One stop satisfaction! We ordered 3 racquets, 4 cans of balls & two bags for our racquets. Everything arrived on time in one box pristinely. Customer service was wonderful. The racquets we wanted were very popular hence often out of stock. We were on a waiting list and were impressed that we were promptly notified when they were back in stock and further that our “1st time order customer discount” was still honored when ordering 3 racquets! In summary, First class products, Great customer service & shipping experience. If you love Padel - PadelUSA is the company for all your product needs. One stop satisfaction!

Terrible experience shopping at… Terrible experience shopping at Padelusa.com They don't ship the products and then look for excuses trying to blame customers for their mistakes. Very bad customer service. After 20 years playing padel, it is the worst company I have ever ordered anything from. I will not work with them again.
