There was a stock problem with the item I ordered first (AT 12k Arena 2023) but they offered me different alternatives (AT 12k 2024 or Nox Tempo 2023) in order to agree on a solution (which we did, and I am really happy about it). I have not tried the product yet (I decided to go with the Tempo) but it seems to be ok.

Delayed delivery Firstly, I have had several prior orders with PadelUSA and all were delivered VERY PROMPTLY and perfectly. However, an order placed on 3/26/24 which I had intended to use for a tournament during the first week of April strangely did not arrive until 4/4/2024. I love buying from your store but I was unable to get any intelligent answer when I reached out to you. I will try once again now with an order placed 4/6/2024 and we shall see what happens. Thanks for your interest in my buying experience.
