So far we’re happy with the bike So far we’re happy with the bike. There were very few instructions included. The shipping company as well that was used said there was no signature required. Could be an issue for damage. I didn’t know the bike had shipped until it was in my driveway. Overall it’s pretty good.

After reading reviews I ordered anyway! After reading reviews, I was a little skeptical about placing my order but as a small business owner myself, I know that many people follow the leaders and only leave negative once they see something negative. However, I did choose to order and am very pleased so far with the outcome. Order came in only a week and a half. Jim was very helpful when I called to place the order. I did purchase the extra for assembly and glad I did so. Would absolutely do business with them again! Always judging a company by others is not always a good thing. So glad I used my own judgement.

So far very happy Bike showed up in good order and went together easily. Once we realized the kill switch was off it started right up. My son rode all day sunday with no issues, I want to see how it holds up for a few more rides before giving 5 stars. Bike looks great and has a lot of cool features for the price.
