Bent sprocket and broke break shoes Received a four wheeler that was best to hell, scraped and the sprocket and breaks shoes were both broken. I have been reaching out to the company and am waiting for an email so I can send photos. For the amount I paid to the wheeler and to ship it I expected better. What went wrong is I purchased a… What went wrong is I purchased a scooter for transportation that I needed as soon as possible and y'all do not send the certificate of origin with it when I live in a state that needs it tagged and registered so I waited all the time for it to be delivered only to have to go through hoops to get a certificate of origin sent and now I'm waiting even longer hoping that it actually shows up in the mail cuz I'm yet to get it so so far I've been out of transportation for over 2 weeks having to pay for alternative transportation when all you had to do is make sure every product that went out had a certificate or origin with it and none of this would ever happen
