GBThis is my 2nd time ordering from … This is my 2nd time ordering from TerraTrike. Both times have been fantastic. This time, I placed a large order which included a new bike from their site. Within 15 min I received a phone call from them asking if I was familiar with a local shop (they gave me the name/location of it) and said they were also a TerraTrike distributor. If I wanted to, I could check with the local shop in order to save on shipping costs, plus the shop would obviously make any mods/customization needed. This saved me several hundred dollars! What the shop didn't carry in terms of accessories (it wasn't many they were missing), I ordered directly from TT, which arrived promptly. Absolutely love the customer service I've received from these guys.

CATerratrike Rover model electric from Golden Motors in Canada I'm 71 years old in very poor health but I need to exercise my legs so I bought a terratrike Rover model and my Chaplin has put in from Golden Motors electric assist. This motor that we put in goes from 500 watts to 1000 Watts with a 48 volt 20 amp hour lithium ion battery. So far I've taken it out twice and I haven't been able to get one bar off the battery both the trike and my electrical backup or fantastic for me I'd send you photos if I knew how do thank you Thomas Russel

GBGreat Customer Service Great customer service! The person I communicated with was very knowledgeable. My replacement seat frame was shipped quickly, the correct exact-fit part arrived as stated with zero problems. I'm back on the road and a happy customer.

GBLove my TerraTrike Love my TerraTrike - and the company. Orders for accessories are handled quickly. A fairly major warranty issue I had a year ago was also handled very quickly - I was back on the trike in about 10 days, replacement part was shipped within days. I don't live near a dealer so I did the repair myself; it helped that I've always been a bome bike mechanic, but I think anyone with basic bike tools and a reasonable mechanical aptitude could have done it.
