Fender strut substitute Very helpful as soon as he realized front outer fender strut was 3/4 inches longer than rear fender struts and could be used to clear rear tire (heavy duty wider tires made rear fender rub). I suggested that stut lenghts from all terratrikes be measured so customer service would know which stuts could be substituted when original stuts are too short. Thanks Jerad.

Love my TerraTrike Love my TerraTrike - and the company. Orders for accessories are handled quickly. A fairly major warranty issue I had a year ago was also handled very quickly - I was back on the trike in about 10 days, replacement part was shipped within days. I don't live near a dealer so I did the repair myself; it helped that I've always been a bome bike mechanic, but I think anyone with basic bike tools and a reasonable mechanical aptitude could have done it.

I've never had a bad experience I've never had a bad experience. The order we placed arrived in good time and was exactly what we ordered. The build quality of the Low Rider Racks is excellent as expected. The Stowaway bags will be a welcome addition to both our Rover and Sportster.
