Excellent Service for TerraTrike! Placed order for seat foam for our Rover tandem and for a pair of socks. Order arrived very quickly and was accurate. I received several emails in advance from company that they were preparing order and that order had been shipped. They also ask if I would please contact them immediately if order was incorrect. I also had purchased a Rover tandem from Pace Bicycle Haven and Pace setup a special IPS crankset with a 28 tooth chainring to create a straighter chainline. This required a special part to adapt the chainring to the crankset and TerraTrike went the extra mile to locate this part and ship it to Pace.

Fender strut substitute Very helpful as soon as he realized front outer fender strut was 3/4 inches longer than rear fender struts and could be used to clear rear tire (heavy duty wider tires made rear fender rub). I suggested that stut lenghts from all terratrikes be measured so customer service would know which stuts could be substituted when original stuts are too short. Thanks Jerad.

Great job on the order Great job on the order! Remember to add these instructions to the lock: "Twist the knob." Love the trike! It is so comfortable especially with the neck rest! I feel like I can take a nap while riding! Shout out to the crew at Two Wheel Drive in Albuquerque where I purchased it; they went above and beyond to accommodate me in a short amount of time. They adjusted the Rambler for my size, added slime to the tubes, strapped that baby on my roof and trunk, and away I safely went!

Love my TerraTrike Love my TerraTrike - and the company. Orders for accessories are handled quickly. A fairly major warranty issue I had a year ago was also handled very quickly - I was back on the trike in about 10 days, replacement part was shipped within days. I don't live near a dealer so I did the repair myself; it helped that I've always been a bome bike mechanic, but I think anyone with basic bike tools and a reasonable mechanical aptitude could have done it.

Great Customer Service Great customer service! The person I communicated with was very knowledgeable. My replacement seat frame was shipped quickly, the correct exact-fit part arrived as stated with zero problems. I'm back on the road and a happy customer.
