It is difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but there is an option to leave a message for a callback, which I did. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see whether the order had been shipped and since it had not, made the correction immediately. His attitude was great too. I would definitely do business with this company again, and will recommend them to others

I've never had a bad experience I've never had a bad experience. The order we placed arrived in good time and was exactly what we ordered. The build quality of the Low Rider Racks is excellent as expected. The Stowaway bags will be a welcome addition to both our Rover and Sportster. I always recommend TT to anyone who asks what we are riding. We've probably had 10 people snap pictures of the TT web site address on the trike to use as a reminder.

TerraTrike's Fast on Shipping PLUS TerraTrike's accessories have helped me make my non-TerraTrike more ride-able. I've found their accessories to be really handy in modifying my HP Velotechnick Gekko more comfortable and visible. I've added the Seat Wedge and will be installing one of their flags on my trike. They consistently beat their ETAs for shipping too. Because of their responsiveness, I'm strongly considering the new Gran Tourismo as my next trike. Thanks, TerraTrike!

Terratrike Rover model electric from Golden Motors in Canada I'm 71 years old in very poor health but I need to exercise my legs so I bought a terratrike Rover model and my Chaplin has put in from Golden Motors electric assist. This motor that we put in goes from 500 watts to 1000 Watts with a 48 volt 20 amp hour lithium ion battery. So far I've taken it out twice and I haven't been able to get one bar off the battery both the trike and my electrical backup or fantastic for me I'd send you photos if I knew how do thank you Thomas Russel
