It is difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but there is an option to leave a message for a callback, which I did. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see whether the order had been shipped and since it had not, made the correction immediately. His attitude was great too. I would definitely do business with this company again, and will recommend them to others

They are my first choice for all my bike-related needs.They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, they are easy to talk to, and they are super considerate.They do a great job! Love my TerraTrike Love my TerraTrike - and the company. Orders for accessories are handled quickly. A fairly major warranty issue I had a year ago was also handled very quickly - I was back on the trike in about 10 days, replacement part was shipped within days. I don't live near a dealer so I did the repair myself; it helped that I've always been a bome bike mechanic, but I think anyone with basic bike tools and a reasonable mechanical aptitude could have done it.

For my money For my money, the best trike on the market. Handles like a dream, looks great, and attracts many admirers. I'm not all that interesting but they never notice "me" when I'm on my TerraTrike. Also had occasion to order accessories. That was a very pleasant experience. Quality material with rapid shipping and a fair price.

Add-ons are great I ordered some accessories for my and my wife's Traveler trikes. Everything was in stock, shipped promptly with excellent communication, and arrived in perfect condition! What more can you ask for? Loving our trikes, especially now with warmer weather!
