Excellent Service for TerraTrike! Placed order for seat foam for our Rover tandem and for a pair of socks. Order arrived very quickly and was accurate. I received several emails in advance from company that they were preparing order and that order had been shipped. They also ask if I would please contact them immediately if order was incorrect. I also had purchased a Rover tandem from Pace Bicycle Haven and Pace setup a special IPS crankset with a 28 tooth chainring to create a straighter chainline. This required a special part to adapt the chainring to the crankset and TerraTrike went the extra mile to locate this part and ship it to Pace.

Love the Tera trike Love the trike. I had a stroke in 2009 and had trouble getting any excersize. Do not have the balance to ride a bike so the Tera trike was the best thing. Rode it every day and before I knew it was doing 12 miles a day. Now that was has come purchase a trainer and using it for work outs. The only regret I have before purchasing the bike I didn't check on discounts ? Being a Vietnam vet I think I would qualify for 10 percent discount. I gave the best chance for excersize.

Terra Trike hits another home rum! Every experience I’ve had with Terra Trike has been so good it scares me. I keep waiting for them to be like everyone else but instead they seem to get better. This is a company that other American companies can model themselves after.

Add-ons are great I ordered some accessories for my and my wife's Traveler trikes. Everything was in stock, shipped promptly with excellent communication, and arrived in perfect condition! What more can you ask for? Loving our trikes, especially now with warmer weather!

I ordered a Christmas gift I ordered a Christmas gift, my first experience with Terra Trike. I made an error on my order and called the next morning to try to rectify it. It is difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but there is an option to leave a message for a callback, which I did. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see whether the order had been shipped and since it had not, made the correction immediately. His attitude was great too. I would definitely do business with this company again, and will recommend them to others
