Good experience. I have ordered tubes, tires and other items from TerraTrike . I am quite happy with their prices as well as their customer service. They fulfill orders quickly and accurately. They are my first choice for all my bike-related needs.They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, they are easy to talk to, and they are super considerate.They do a great job! I've never had a bad experience I've never had a bad experience. The order we placed arrived in good time and was exactly what we ordered. The build quality of the Low Rider Racks is excellent as expected. The Stowaway bags will be a welcome addition to both our Rover and Sportster. I always recommend TT to anyone who asks what we are riding. We've probably had 10 people snap pictures of the TT web site address on the trike to use as a reminder.

I ordered a Christmas gift I ordered a Christmas gift, my first experience with Terra Trike. I made an error on my order and called the next morning to try to rectify it. It is difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but there is an option to leave a message for a callback, which I did. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see whether the order had been shipped and since it had not, made the correction immediately. His attitude was great too. I would definitely do business with this company again, and will recommend them to others

Fender strut substitute Very helpful as soon as he realized front outer fender strut was 3/4 inches longer than rear fender struts and could be used to clear rear tire (heavy duty wider tires made rear fender rub). I suggested that stut lenghts from all terratrikes be measured so customer service would know which stuts could be substituted when original stuts are too short. Thanks Jerad.

This is my 2nd time ordering from … This is my 2nd time ordering from TerraTrike. Both times have been fantastic. This time, I placed a large order which included a new bike from their site. Within 15 min I received a phone call from them asking if I was familiar with a local shop (they gave me the name/location of it) and said they were also a TerraTrike distributor. If I wanted to, I could check with the local shop in order to save on shipping costs, plus the shop would obviously make any mods/customization needed. This saved me several hundred dollars! What the shop didn't carry in terms of accessories (it wasn't many they were missing), I ordered directly from TT, which arrived promptly. Absolutely love the customer service I've received from these guys.
