Excellent Service for TerraTrike! Placed order for seat foam for our Rover tandem and for a pair of socks. Order arrived very quickly and was accurate. I received several emails in advance from company that they were preparing order and that order had been shipped. They also ask if I would please contact them immediately if order was incorrect. I also had purchased a Rover tandem from Pace Bicycle Haven and Pace setup a special IPS crankset with a 28 tooth chainring to create a straighter chainline. This required a special part to adapt the chainring to the crankset and TerraTrike went the extra mile to locate this part and ship it to Pace.

Good experience. I have ordered tubes, tires and other items from TerraTrike . I am quite happy with their prices as well as their customer service. They fulfill orders quickly and accurately. They are my first choice for all my bike-related needs.They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, they are easy to talk to, and they are super considerate.They do a great job! This is my 2nd time ordering from … This is my 2nd time ordering from TerraTrike. Both times have been fantastic. This time, I placed a large order which included a new bike from their site. Within 15 min I received a phone call from them asking if I was familiar with a local shop (they gave me the name/location of it) and said they were also a TerraTrike distributor. If I wanted to, I could check with the local shop in order to save on shipping costs, plus the shop would obviously make any mods/customization needed. This saved me several hundred dollars! What the shop didn't carry in terms of accessories (it wasn't many they were missing), I ordered directly from TT, which arrived promptly. Absolutely love the customer service I've received from these guys.

For my money For my money, the best trike on the market. Handles like a dream, looks great, and attracts many admirers. I'm not all that interesting but they never notice "me" when I'm on my TerraTrike. Also had occasion to order accessories. That was a very pleasant experience. Quality material with rapid shipping and a fair price.

I ordered a Christmas gift I ordered a Christmas gift, my first experience with Terra Trike. I made an error on my order and called the next morning to try to rectify it. It is difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but there is an option to leave a message for a callback, which I did. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see whether the order had been shipped and since it had not, made the correction immediately. His attitude was great too. I would definitely do business with this company again, and will recommend them to others
