GBMy wife and I are vacationing in… My wife and I are vacationing in Florida and one of the pedals on our GreenZone bike broke. I called the company, paid a small price for a replacement pedal, and then received the pedal all within four days. Excellent customer service! Love the two bikes we purchased three days ago. We were able to pack both bikes in the truck of our car and use them frequently here in Florida.

GBAwesome bike! I love my GreenZone folding bike! It is comfortable to ride and will fit anyone in my family from my five foot tall granddaughter to my six foot tall husband. It folds compactly enough to take in the trunk of a small car and to keep in a closet. It is handy and fun! The company was easy to deal with and the price of the bike was reasonable, especially considering all of the standard equipment that was optional at an additional cost for other similar brands. I would highly recommend GreenZone and would buy from them again.

GBCouldn't be more pleased My Value Edition, Green Zone bike arrived quickly and well boxed, and it was easy to set up (what little needed to be). When I I contacted Green Zone regarding a minor set up question, they replied very quickly and followed up extremely well. I havn't had a chance to ride it a lot yet, but what riding on it I'd done so far was a pleasure--easy adjustments, clean gear switching, and quite a stable feel.

GBExcellent ebike kit I have been using my GreenZone ebike kit for over 18 months on a Rans Fusion with no complications or difficulties whatsoever. It provides just the assist I need when I want to ride longer, or uphill. Installation was straight-forward, I never run out of battery power and the few times I have needed counsel Alan provides it quickly. As I get older--now over 80-- GreenZone has made it feasible for me to continue to ride several thousand miles a year.
