Replacement Part Sent a message to customer service about a replacement seat post for a bike I bought ages ago, now discontinued. Response was so quick, I assumed it was an automated reply saying they had received my message, but it was customer service guy, Alan, who set me up with exactly what I needed. Great Bike, Excellent Service My bike arrived when promised, fully assembled and ready to ride. A couple of minor adjustments ( tighten rear brake & adjust low gear stop ) and I have had a couple of hundred miles of trouble free riding. I get positive comments and compliments everywhere I go with it. Way to go GreenZone

Most cool invention since cell phones! It's about time we had a portable bike! This makes it so convenient to keep or throw into car at last minute for a ride down the trail along beach. I was wary of setup/breakdown b/c don't consider myself "handy" with tools or putting together gadgets, but Green Zone has definitely made it user friendly. THANKS so much for motivating me to bike again!!

Love this folding bike!!! I've been riding my Greenzone folding bike for about a month now and so far I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly in the very back of my Eclipse Cross. It unfolds and locks like it should with no problems. When it was shipped Greenzone sent an email with all the specifics on how to adjust parts and unfold/fold the bike as well as other tips. Greenzone was very responsive to any questions I had. Great customer service and professionalism.
