Customer Service: you actually can call and speak to someone right away, and they are responsive to your needs. Shopped around and this is probably the best price/quality combo around. BTW, alloy bike is 27 lbs, and easily transported on transit/train.

Love our bikes Love our bikes! We purchased two 10 years ago because they fit in our Honda Fit and just recently purchased a third. The updated design is every bit as classy as bikes with a higher price point. We have been satisfied with durability, mechanics and appearance; consistently receiving compliments and "cool bikes!" Visiting grandchildren? Simply adjust the seat and handlebars and shrink the bike to fit. Great for travel, home and camping. Note: old butts may need a cushier seat, but slip on memory foam pads are readily available.

Couldn't be more pleased My Value Edition, Green Zone bike arrived quickly and well boxed, and it was easy to set up (what little needed to be). When I I contacted Green Zone regarding a minor set up question, they replied very quickly and followed up extremely well. I havn't had a chance to ride it a lot yet, but what riding on it I'd done so far was a pleasure--easy adjustments, clean gear switching, and quite a stable feel.
