USTheir Customer Service is Abysmal Their chat customer service is abysmal. I asked to speak to a manager and they threatened to end the chat, they wanted to relay my concerns to the manager, when I insisted that I speak to a manager directly, they ended the chat. I was then blocked from further chatting. Since they no longer have phone support, I can’t call to get a different support person and I never got to speak to a manager. Their prices are high, but it was worth it for the personalized support. Now that they no longer have high-quality phone service, it takes too long with their “instant” chat / live support. Therefore, I no longer recommend them - Amazon sells practically everything The Feed sells at better prices with significantly better customer service.

USBlends perfectly! I took advantage of a great deal and purchased two containers of the Swiss RX collagen. I’m only four days in, but I’ve added it to my morning coffee three times and a protein shake once, and each time it’s blended perfectly and without any noticeable taste. I have no doubt it will blend into a smoothie equally as well. It’s too soon to tell if there are any benefits to my joints, skin, or nails, but it’s already become part of my morning routine that I look forward to!

USIncredible Customer Service Although I did receive the wrong order, my new package was shipped to me within an hour of reaching out for assistance. It was extremely easy to contact The Feed for help. Mistakes are bound to happen, and The Feed corrected it immediately!
