Ordered a bat because i heard they are… Ordered a bat because i heard they are excellent quality. Went through the process. Picked out the bat and all features then on to payment. After the transaction was finished i never got a confirmation email or id number so now i can't check the status of my order. Update: very quick response and very helpful!!

The bats are great The bats are great. The model profile is as described. The finish is pristine. However the bats are all drop 3. To heavy for my boy to use. Being marketed as a youth bat I would have hopped -5 or lighter . He will use them as practice bats and I will get others for the game. UPDATE: Chris at Viper bats reached out to me immediately after reading my review and offered to send me new ones with the correct weight drop. That's outstanding customer service. I'll add another update to my review once i receive the bats. Thanks Chris!

This good and maybe underrated baseball… This good and maybe underrated baseball company in the company in the Market I’ve been using the Viper since I met the vender at Florida during the pro tryouts since then most of of my bats lasted me 8-24 months plus I love the crack sound and maple wood durability of the bat, and have a great service for warranty after 6 months, the con is its a little pricey if you don’t live in the west part of the United States without a huge shipping fee but it alright as long you know your sweet spot. On top of all that you can fully customize the bat shape, balance and colors. I would recommend shopping here for any youth woody tournament.

Expedited everything and they actually… Expedited everything and they actually beat their suggested arrival time. They sent me an awesome picture of the completed bat via social media the day it was completed. Two days the bat arrived. Its gorgeous, well balanced and I can't wait to go hit!
