I had a question about my order and called to make sure there was no confusion on my part and the Viper Representative made an adjustment to my order and provided additional information about the model I ordered. The bat has not been used yet but it looks great. Can’t wait to use it.

Great bats! My son (plays college ball) loves the Viper maple bats. He has used a platinum series 243L for cage work and winter BP over the last several years. He loves the way it swings and the durability. He will be playing in a collegiate wood bat league this summer and wants to use the Viper PS141. Viper makes it so easy to customize and short turn around times are awesome. Great bats, great service, great company.

Expedited everything and they actually… Expedited everything and they actually beat their suggested arrival time. They sent me an awesome picture of the completed bat via social media the day it was completed. Two days the bat arrived. Its gorgeous, well balanced and I can't wait to go hit!

Never heard of this brand until I… Never heard of this brand until I searched the web for composite bats. The process of finding the bat and customizing was straight-forward. The approximate ship date was very accurate and the finished product was exactly what I wanted. I've had the bat for three weeks (5 games w/ cage time) and it's felt great. My only problem is the matte paint on the handle is starting to chip (barrel gloss paint is fine). I was leaning more towards 5 than 4 stars but overall it's been a great experience. Would recommend for those looking for a one-of-a-kind bat.

Ordered a bat because i heard they are… Ordered a bat because i heard they are excellent quality. Went through the process. Picked out the bat and all features then on to payment. After the transaction was finished i never got a confirmation email or id number so now i can't check the status of my order. Update: very quick response and very helpful!!
