Clock Golf Trophy I recently ordered a "large" size clock trophy. I received an email informing me that the only size available was the small. I accepted the small (which is a very good size) and they adjusted the pricing. They then sent me a proof of the lettering which was not exactly what I wanted. I requested changes and they made them accurately and sent me another proof. All communication (email) was pleasant and prompt. The final product and lettering quality was excellent. The turnaround time was very quick.

Great customer service and produxt I ordered four golf trophies and the customer representative was engaged with me from day - I sent a logo in that had to be converted to an EPI file and I gave them the creativeness to revise the logo and they got it right the first time. I plan to order more trophies from them in the near future. I strongly recommend that you use them for all of your trophy and engraving projects.

Quick delivery The product I ordered was exactly as described. Delivery was faster than expected which was helpful. I had forgotten to provide the inscription for the trophy and was emailed immediately after the order to provide that information (kudos). The only issue was that the base of the trophy came loose from the figure after minor handling. It was easily glued back, but figured I would mention it. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for glue issue.
