12V cannister application for video lighting I purchased a 12V LED lighting system from a North American company, and required a 12V cannister to supply power. This was my first purchase of a 12V system with E/O connectors. The initial experience with tecdive gear was good in terms of questions back to me on my specific requirements. As it turns out there was a difference in the 12V wiring between the two components and subsequent tech support to help resolve connection issues has been prompt. I am definitely a return buyer from this company

XDeep I have been researching the purchase of a new Tech. BCD for awhile now and liked what I read about the new XDeep NX Project BCD. Not many dealers in the USA just yet. However I did find Tec Dive Gear and I am glad that I did. Response to my inquiries about the XDeep was always timely. SJ was quick to respond both by email and phone. First timer, wrong product quickly rectified with great service Ordered the expandable XDeep dive pouch but received the smaller version. One email rectified the issue with the correct product sent promptly and with commitment to refund return shipping costs. To err is human, to correct a mistake quickly with no fuss is the sign of great customer service. I'll be a repeat customer shortly.
