USI am trying to contact this company… I am trying to contact this company about a defective item I received. This was a gift that the recipient did not open until 2 days after Christmas. Deeply imbedded in the site is a disclaimer that you must start a return within 48!hours- this was not possible, yet there is no one to talk with, just a chat box that keeps giving the same useless information. Buyer beware!
