I can’t fault this company I can’t fault this company. I’ve bought several bike components off them and I have always been more than satisfied with there service such as communications, delivery and tracking etc.. You may have to pay customs duties on some items if you live in the uk, however the price of the items is normally a lot cheaper than the uk so it balances itself out..at least that what I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend Starbike.com. and I will be using them again… In fact I think I have something in my basket as I write this review. Cheers!

Starbike new to me but performed well. I ordered from Germany to UK and I'm very satisfied with the service. 'Saw favourable Trustpilot comments on this retailer. Communications were effective and in very clear English. Despatch inevitably not overnight but conducted well by German and UK carriers- a longer distance after all. Some delay and charge with VAT at UK end but next day delivery once paid. The product price was good and once UK VAT was paid was still competitive. Packaging and product condition fine. 'Got wheels that are hard to find in UK- comparable price. All good.

Excellent Customer service - I have been looking for Ozone Elite… I have been looking for Ozone Elite products (waterproof warm-up emulsion) and unable to find it in the United States. I used a S. Korean supplier and it took over 2 months to receive the product with limited customer service. HOWEVER, Starbike was very professional, and kept me in the loop with Emails when the order was placed, processed, and shipped! I received the product in just a few weeks from Germany. Very pleased. I will purchase again from this seller.

Good prices, and they ship international I've ordered a few things now from Starbike to be shipped here to the USA, because they usually have the best price (better than Peter White) on stuff like German lighting and hubs. I have never had to pay customs/import fees. Shipping is tracked internationally, and has always come within 3 weeks. Plus, each parcel comes with a little treat bag! Will probably order from this site again next time I need some Schmidt or B&M stuff, if it is still $100 less than Peter White offers...
