Excellent Customer service - I have been looking for Ozone Elite… I have been looking for Ozone Elite products (waterproof warm-up emulsion) and unable to find it in the United States. I used a S. Korean supplier and it took over 2 months to receive the product with limited customer service. HOWEVER, Starbike was very professional, and kept me in the loop with Emails when the order was placed, processed, and shipped! I received the product in just a few weeks from Germany. Very pleased. I will purchase again from this seller.

Awesome wheelset! Ordered a set of Campagnolo Zonda wheels from Star Bike. Product was delivered within 2 weeks and arrived in excellent condition. Amazing wheelset for the price. I can’t fault this company I can’t fault this company. I’ve bought several bike components off them and I have always been more than satisfied with there service such as communications, delivery and tracking etc.. You may have to pay customs duties on some items if you live in the uk, however the price of the items is normally a lot cheaper than the uk so it balances itself out..at least that what I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend Starbike.com. and I will be using them again… In fact I think I have something in my basket as I write this review. Cheers!
