Having Serious issues with this company… Having Serious issues with this company firstly in communications have sent them 5 emails no reply to any , no tracker details no purchase details . I am a member of Cycling UK and if I hear nothing in next 48hrs I will be posting my thoughts on our website !

Just bought an FSA chainring for my… Just bought an FSA chainring for my Ebike that none of my usual websites had in stock. Starbike's price was excellent and delivery took only one week. Their customer service was also excellent. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Order not dispatched and impossible to speak to them! Ordered a set of forks from their website. Currently waiting over 11 days and nothing has been dispatched and I've heard nothing! The order has been "manually locked" and have not been able to contact anyone meaningfully by phone, email, or their ticket system. I have an open ticket which they have acknowledged for the last week but have failed to give any information or update on my order whatsoever! Even a "sorry to keep you waiting" would be nice.

Awesome wheelset! Ordered a set of Campagnolo Zonda wheels from Star Bike. Product was delivered within 2 weeks and arrived in excellent condition. Amazing wheelset for the price. Email communications were clear and concise. No issues at all. I was kept up to date of the entire process which was assuring. Will order from them again!

Satisfied MTBer... Found a set of Woolftooth Waveform pedals at a really competitive price (posting expenses included) and got delivery within 3 working days... Not much more one can ask really! Keep up the good work Starbike ;-)
