I was having a bit of delivery delay I was having a bit of delivery delay, It took them 2 weeks for the products to be shipped out when the webpage said 1-2 business days, but Ricmotech staffs have shown excellent quality by providing speedy responses and have helped me track my order. The product I received is worth the wait.

Delay. It's fine they handle it above and beyhond expectations. Still did not receive my pedal order... It doesn't matter, with COVID-19 it is really expected to have delays. But at least the customer support is just on top of it... I really enjoy interacting with this company, they will see more order from me... that's a given. Thanks for the great customer obsession guys I really appreciate it.

Ricmotech Base adapter for Thrustmaster wheel Product came on time and as expected. Excellent customer service. This adapter plate should have come from Thrustmaster, but I’m glad Ricmotech saw a need to make it.
