Both extremely high quality products, and the customer service from Philip Castelluzzo and the team are top notch. Pleasant experience from purachase through installation. Very knowledgable install crew, great follow up from Phil and team during delivery process. Also purchased the 5 foot storage bench and half moon tables, all excellent quality.

Great buying experience We ordered the Spencer Marston Annapolis pool table and we are very happy! The pics of the table look good but it looks even better in person. The customer service was also wonderful. Jonathon and Dennis were quick to respond and answered all of questions. Very good experience!

Absolutely abysmal Absolutely abysmal. They put an inexperienced salesman on the phone who omitted that our premium package would be damaged by inferior balls. And they diddnt bother to mention red felt wore out the fastest. When I called, they offered no customer service other than to quote the warranty. For any serious money, id go elsewhere.
