However, Justin was super helpful and patient. He sent us a swatch of the wood because we were unsure of the color. He answered all our questions before the purchase and after delivery and set up. I tried ordering online and they had a slight glitch with their website due to distance of my address location for their White glove installer. It was late in the evening on a Saturday and sent a quick message to their Chat but was after hours and figured I would need to follow up after the weekend. But to my pleasant surprise they called me the very next morning a Sunday which was amazing and had a solution and processed my order and excited to receive it. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with our 9' Spencer Marston pool table Great quality of construction on our 9 ft. Spencer Marston table, it came out exactly as portrayed on pooltables.com. Some supply chain issues delayed the manufacture and delivery, but that's par for the course in this day and age. Once the table arrived in GA, it was delivered and install in a timely fashion. Pay for the white glove installation considering what assembling a pool table entails: there are a lot of pieces, and a number of skills are required along with precision measurements and an important attention to detail. They utilized a local billiards and spa dealer to do the install and while they needed half a day, they did a great job, and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

It was explained to me for five weeks for delivery and set up. It took one extra week and coming from Georgia to Illinois that was more than acceptable, the gentleman that set it up did a thorough job. They explained everything to me and I can honestly say that I’ve had plenty of hours of playing pool on this table and I enjoy it each and every day that I play I purchased additional items from your company was taking care of so well , a different holder and a few other cues thank you very much.
