Beautiful Pool Table and Excellent Customer Service Not only did we receive a beautiful pool table at a great price, the white glove installation was worth every penny and the customer service that we received after our purchase was phenomenal. Dennis and Jonathon were very professional and resolved our minor issue in a very timely manner. Better than expected but as I was hoping Always nervous buying sight unseen. We looked locally and did a lot of research before finally making a purchase with pooltables.com. Their communication and local installers were as expected. Poolstable.com appears to have good customer service as they have been responsive each time. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely abysmal Absolutely abysmal. They put an inexperienced salesman on the phone who omitted that our premium package would be damaged by inferior balls. And they diddnt bother to mention red felt wore out the fastest. When I called, they offered no customer service other than to quote the warranty. For any serious money, id go elsewhere.

He gave me some wood samples and allow me to get back to him without the typical salesmen’s pressure.
