Better than expected but as I was hoping Always nervous buying sight unseen. We looked locally and did a lot of research before finally making a purchase with pooltables.com. Their communication and local installers were as expected. Poolstable.com appears to have good customer service as they have been responsive each time. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! We are very satisfied with the whole experience of purchasing a pool table online. We were very hesitant buying something this expensive sight unseen. However, Justin was super helpful and patient. He sent us a swatch of the wood because we were unsure of the color. He answered all our questions before the purchase and after delivery and set up. Tony and Michael who set up the table were also super professional and courteous. You can't go wrong buying from this company.

Great buying experience We ordered the Spencer Marston Annapolis pool table and we are very happy! The pics of the table look good but it looks even better in person. Spenser Marston - Venetian Table My new Venetian pool table showed up today. The installer Rudy was right on time and did a fantastic job setting it up! I was very impressed with the quality of the table and how it enhanced our game room. The pictures on line do not do justice to actual table itself. I give high regards to Caleb and all those involved. From the time I ordered the table, the communication process was first class! Everything was on time and in impeccable condition. Earlier I mention our installer Rudy. He didn’t just show up to throw it together and leave. He was very experienced and knew talking with me, the level of expectations. He exceeded all of them.
