Recommend this company to anyone… Recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a pool table, their customer service is outstanding. I tried ordering online and they had a slight glitch with their website due to distance of my address location for their White glove installer. It was late in the evening on a Saturday and sent a quick message to their Chat but was after hours and figured I would need to follow up after the weekend. But to my pleasant surprise they called me the very next morning a Sunday which was amazing and had a solution and processed my order and excited to receive it. Highly recommend!

Happy return customer!!! This is my second table from them and I am nothing but satisfied. 7 years ago I bought the 9 foot Catana, and for the new house I bought the 7 foot Venetian. Both extremely high quality products, and the customer service from Philip Castelluzzo and the team are top notch. Pleasant experience from purachase through installation. Very knowledgable install crew, great follow up from Phil and team during delivery process. Also purchased the 5 foot storage bench and half moon tables, all excellent quality.

However, Justin was super helpful and patient. He sent us a swatch of the wood because we were unsure of the color. He answered all our questions before the purchase and after delivery and set up. Absolutely abysmal Absolutely abysmal. They put an inexperienced salesman on the phone who omitted that our premium package would be damaged by inferior balls. And they diddnt bother to mention red felt wore out the fastest. When I called, they offered no customer service other than to quote the warranty. For any serious money, id go elsewhere.
