I purchased the lower on your site and had it delivered to a local pawn shop for the transfer. My friend, whi has way more knowledge than I, purchased the upper, barrel and other items on your site. Everything was reasonably priced and delivered in timely manner. I also wanted to do business with a texas company and well since I live in the Dallas area.

Great Customer Service Called the number as I had a couple of questions regarding the correct mount for a magnifier I ordered. My information/questions were passed onto a tech, received a follow-up call where we walked through my order, got the correct mount ordered and refund processed for the one I originally ordered. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Would not hesitate to call if you have questions!

Beware, you may not new merchandise and you may have difficulty getting it returned and your money back! I ordered a trigger for an AR 15. The trigger arrived timely but one of the seals on the packaging had been cut, when I opened the rest of the package parts were missing. I realized that this unit had been opened by someone else and was likely a return. Within ten minutes of the delivery by the post office I called customer service and advised them of the issue. The rep. was very pleasant and said he would refer the matter to their returns department to get a pre-paid return to the company and they would do this shortly. Instead of a return authorization I got a questionnaire and a request for pictures of the unit. I was not going to put up with that nonsense and placed a dispute with my bank. We will see how that pans out. It appears the company will send returned merchandise that has been used as new.
