There is a range of reasons why I purchased a paddle from PB Pro. One important reason, their very available customer service. My online and phone experiences were friendly, honest and refreshing. Many companies are short on the phone and others choose not to respond online. There are so many pickle ball companies, but PB Pro's staff sold me on their genuine belief in pickle ball community and the game itself. If you are looking for a paddle that… If you are looking for a paddle that has a lot of grit this is the one! The carbon fiber is also a great touch that no one else has perfected like PB Pro has! The speed that I get off this paddle as well is perfect. Pop for this paddle is another thing I look for and this is overall a great paddle for pop. Honestly if I was to rank it out of 10 it would be a 9.6. Don’t hesitate if you are looking for a paddle choose PB Pro.

The Tour Signature Paddle felt good the… The Tour Signature Paddle felt good the first time I used it, but for a heavy paddle, it felt head light. I like a paddle to feel a little head heavy. I am now experimenting with lead tape to get the right weight for me. I do like the feel of the paddle and size of the handle. Ordered the paddle on a Friday of a holiday weekend, so I am assuming the order did not get to the fulfillment center until after the weekend, however the paddle still did not get to me for 10 days after that and I paid for expedited shipping. The post office indicated they never recd the item, but in the end they found it and eventually delivered the paddle. I am not sure whether this was the USPS fault or PB Pro.
