There is a range of reasons why I purchased a paddle from PB Pro. One important reason, their very available customer service. My online and phone experiences were friendly, honest and refreshing. Many companies are short on the phone and others choose not to respond online. There are so many pickle ball companies, but PB Pro's staff sold me on their genuine belief in pickle ball community and the game itself. A company that appreciates its customers I’ve been playing with a Tour Widebody that I bought at my local club. I wanted to try something more premium and bought the Tour Signature Lite, and let me tell you, I can feel the difference. But because my club doesn’t offer a premium paddle, I decided to buy one through the PB Pro website. They sent a bunch of extras and goodies with it, but the hand written note was the cherry on top.
