DEGenius Slalom Solution A wonderful solution for those who have no access to a real boey course. It is a good solution to train constant rhythm and width for slalom. Initial fears about safety turned out to be completely unfounded. The whole device is precisely machined, easy to set-up and to operate. Waterski fans infected with the engineers virus will love it. The device works as well on a river if the current is not too high. Calculated timing deviations up to 1,2 km/h are less than 2%. A river-mode correction similar to the Zero-Off would be the next big step…

DEperfect solution if you have no buoys course! Nice designed and produced product. Looks like it could work for a lifetime. This is highly appreciated in a world of cheap made plastic products. Application: meanwhile we do the complete setup in under two minutes. Noise level is ok, the “shot” sounds like a service in a tennisgame… and outside of the boat it disappears behind the sound of engine and water. The vertical distance between the “buoys” seems to be very accurate. In points of horizontal distance, the off-course reacts sensible to changes in the “vertical” weight distribution of the boat. You have to find your strategies to keep your boat in the level you had, when you did the calibration. I also would recommend to choose a program (speed, line-length) you “nearly” can manage. If you are far too late on the “buoy”, it might have an effect to the weight distribution of the boat in the moment the next shot is done. If the skier is about on time, the shot is done when he is behind the boat and the boat is balanced. Resume: perfect tool for those people, that can go in a buoys course only once in a while and spend most time in free skiing. The off-course does not replace a buoys course, but it gives you an orientation, puts you under “pressure” and activates your ambition to improve your skiing. And yes, that’s much more fun than “only” freeskiing.

DE" Off course" training One of our awesome rides on the river. The " Off Course", sun, nice water. No possibility to have a better training session for us!

GBthe off course is amazing the off course is amazing! We ski a river and setting up a portable course doesn't work because of the current. we are able to travel to where the wind and boat traffic are good for skiing and deploy the course with the push of a button.

SEJust wanted to give some input from Sweden on OffCourse Just wanted to give some input from Sweden since my wife and I now have skied with OffCourse (OC in the rest of the text) mounted on our Malibu Response 340hp from 2005 equipped with PP Stargazer and Z-box. We have the boat based in the Stockholm archipelago with no possiblity to put in a course at our location close to our house. When I first heard of OC a couple of years ago I immediately thought that it would be perfect for archipelago course like skiing after our own boat instead of only doing free skiing. We are both fixed buoy course skiers also and members of a club with a course on a lake. My wife skies into 32mph and I ski into 32off at 34mph (soon old enough for 32mph though..). I have to say that OC lived up to all my high expectations. The best things are actually the new Z-magazines that holds 24 balls each, matching the life of the CO2 cartridge so you reload everyting at the same time. The Z magazines allows you to do 48 turns in a row if you have the space and the stamina, absolutely wonderful! You do need to get the course width right and you do need to learn how to time the start with the boat crew so you get the zero ball were you want it, but that is easily solved after a couple of tries. I really think that this is a great training aid if you don't have access to a normal course where you ski, well done Erik Berghiller!!!
