DEperfect solution if you have no buoys course! Nice designed and produced product. Looks like it could work for a lifetime. This is highly appreciated in a world of cheap made plastic products. Application: meanwhile we do the complete setup in under two minutes. Noise level is ok, the “shot” sounds like a service in a tennisgame… and outside of the boat it disappears behind the sound of engine and water. The vertical distance between the “buoys” seems to be very accurate. In points of horizontal distance, the off-course reacts sensible to changes in the “vertical” weight distribution of the boat. You have to find your strategies to keep your boat in the level you had, when you did the calibration. I also would recommend to choose a program (speed, line-length) you “nearly” can manage. If you are far too late on the “buoy”, it might have an effect to the weight distribution of the boat in the moment the next shot is done. If the skier is about on time, the shot is done when he is behind the boat and the boat is balanced. Resume: perfect tool for those people, that can go in a buoys course only once in a while and spend most time in free skiing. The off-course does not replace a buoys course, but it gives you an orientation, puts you under “pressure” and activates your ambition to improve your skiing. And yes, that’s much more fun than “only” freeskiing.

GBHave had the Offcourse out twice now… Have had the Offcourse out twice now and REALLY enjoy it! Many of the reviews I’ve read focus on how it compares to a regulation course. My comments are from a different perspective. I like to ski buoys when possible and can make a 32/15 pass, but to me, it’s all about spending 4-5 hours on the water with friends/family. I can drive an hour to go ski the private course and pay $70 for a 15-minute session, but, that’s such a limited portion of the whole experience that boating/skiing offers. The Offcourse offers the ability to “check both boxes”, and ski some buoys while enjoying any lake. The A/B/C modes of the Off-course are genius and m my kids are immediately hooked on graduating from B to A. Now much easier to recruit a driver and spotter 😊 Had a friend and his high school son out, and his son is fairly new to slalom and was absolutely thrilled to bag a C-mode pass. Meanwhile, I’m right where I’ve been at 32/15 whenever I get a chance on a regulation course every couple of years, but, now have the opportunity to focus on improving and making more of the occasional course access. So, in my view, a homerun all the way around!

GBit a little difficult to calibrate in… it a little difficult to calibrate in the water and would be great to have a colored splash so its easier to see

GBI love my OffCourse I love my OffCourse! When we bring it to larger, public lakes, spectators are always intrigued. The OffCourse saves me from having to make a 2-hour drive each way to my nearest course. It’s a great practice tool for reminding me of the turn buoy pace!

GBOff Course is a game changer Off Course is a game changer. We live on a busy public lake that has a slalom course. We only can ski course early am as ski cove gets busy with lake lice (jet ski, tubers, etc) after 9am. With off course we can ski anytime and any where! It is a great supplement. Erik is super responsive. Customer service is top notch. Great for beginners as the B and C settings allow new course skiers more time to make turns and progress. Fast set up! More ski time! Ski Ya Later.
