GBThe Best online bike shop Ben's was the only online shop that had all the parts I needed when converting my mtb to single speed. I really like the Project List in the members section, It makes it a lot easier to keep track when ordering multiple parts or if you have more than 1 project your ordering for. Service was good, shipping was fast, they have a good selection of parts and located in the best city in America. Go Packers!!!!!

GBTried hard, but missed the point I was connected to Ben's through an ebay link and Ben's procured from Surly a cyclocross fork. Through an email exchange, I was told that Ben's would get the fork on a Monday and it would be shipped same day and would arrive via two-day delivery on a Wed. Ben's didn't get the fork on time and it didn't get me the fork within 2 days after it was received. Ben's credited me the shipping. The far bigger problem was that the fork shown on ebay indicated it had a 1" steerer tube and the fork I received has 1-1/8" tube. Customer service after I raised that point was poor and I have never been able to figure out what went wrong.

GBExcellent products and service! I found their website and looked exactly like what I was looking for. Someone to build me some custom wheels for my bike with my being able to choose the components. Their service was excellent, fast and well executed. I plan on ordering from them again, and high recommend them to anyone looking for quality bike parts!

GBHad hard to find tires. Easily corrected my error when I requested in-store pick up. They had Gatorskin Hardshells in 27 inch size. Got them in 2 or 3 days without paying for premium shipping. When I saw on my receipt that I had indicated in-store pickup, it was easily corrected with a phone call.
