Tried hard, but missed the point I was connected to Ben's through an ebay link and Ben's procured from Surly a cyclocross fork. Through an email exchange, I was told that Ben's would get the fork on a Monday and it would be shipped same day and would arrive via two-day delivery on a Wed. Ben's didn't get the fork on time and it didn't get me the fork within 2 days after it was received. Ben's credited me the shipping. The far bigger problem was that the fork shown on ebay indicated it had a 1" steerer tube and the fork I received has 1-1/8" tube. Customer service after I raised that point was poor and I have never been able to figure out what went wrong.

Fast, acccurate service Ben's Cycle had the complete inventory of items I was looking for in one place. Surprisingly, larger supply houses did not have all the components I needed. Ben's prices were reasonable and the shipping was great. I had a good experience and would go back to them for future cycling parts needs.

A nice find for US fixed-gear riding I see few quality steel 3/32-inch track cogs outside of Shimano Dura-Ace, which go up to only 16 teeth. So it was nice to find Milwaukee/Ben's had bigger sizes -- and that they were made in the USA. The fellow who took my order was friendly and helpful, and the shipping cost was remarkably low. The cog arrived in Kansas in just a couple of working days. I'm happy.

Poor customer service. Fake promo. Trying to take advantage of the Black Friday promo. I ordered a bike accessory via their website. My payment got refunded and they denied my order with a reason they won't ship to my country because they said my country would deny any packages from the US. Ridiculous reason! I told them that I don't have any problem with packages from the US and have been receiving packages from the US normally since the last 4 months. The worst is, the person who communicated with me via email is very rude. He didn't answer my simple question about what shipping service that they use or details where they find the news that my country is not receiving packages from the US, because even USPS didn't mention any info about that. Seems they just don't want to give the discount to the customer. Poor service. Fake promo.

The Best online bike shop Ben's was the only online shop that had all the parts I needed when converting my mtb to single speed. I really like the Project List in the members section, It makes it a lot easier to keep track when ordering multiple parts or if you have more than 1 project your ordering for. Service was good, shipping was fast, they have a good selection of parts and located in the best city in America. Go Packers!!!!!
