That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next. We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. Great service from Ben's Cycle Searched high and low for black dia compe guidonnet brake levers. Ben's was put of stock when I first looked so I opted in to notify me when stock was available. To my pleasant surprise, Ben's actually notified me when they re-stocked. I immediately purchased them, Ben's notified me every step of the way. Great service, I'm a fan.

Great inventory, great service Sourcing parts for classic bikes (in my case, a 1972 Peugeot PX-10) is difficult unless you find the right sources, and Ben's is now one of them. I needed an inexpensive but good-qualityFrench headset and two handlebar clamping bolt sets for Nitto (1-inch quill) stems. Ben's had both a Velo Orange French headset and the Nitto bolt-washer-nut sets at the best prices--PLUS free shipping. Everything was shipped and arrived quickly. Now all I need to do is build the bike up for Eroica California inApril 2016... ;-)

Great shopping experience at Ben's Cycle I found Ben's Cycle website really easy to navigate and easy to find what I was looking for. The search function pulled up a good selection and the filters allowed me to fine tune it.
