GBFast, acccurate service Ben's Cycle had the complete inventory of items I was looking for in one place. Surprisingly, larger supply houses did not have all the components I needed. Ben's prices were reasonable and the shipping was great. I had a good experience and would go back to them for future cycling parts needs.

GBBen's Cycle is the best bicycle store on-line! Ben's has a wide selection, great prices and very good stock of the bicycle parts I'm most likely to need. Fast delivery and good communications. One visit to its website and you know that Ben's Cycle is serious about the bicycle business and customer satisfaction. When I need something bicycling related - Ben's is usually the first place I go.

GBGreat selection of bicycle gear. I'm a 'do it yourself' cyclist, have done all the work to my bikes for years (build indestructible wheels!). I mainly buy parts, common like tires, hard to find like non-standard cluster spacers and cleats/toe clips/straps for old school and track pedals. Ben's has served me well since I found it a few years ago, has had many of the parts I have needed. I always see what they have when I need something and they often get my order,

GBGreat inventory, great service Sourcing parts for classic bikes (in my case, a 1972 Peugeot PX-10) is difficult unless you find the right sources, and Ben's is now one of them. I needed an inexpensive but good-qualityFrench headset and two handlebar clamping bolt sets for Nitto (1-inch quill) stems. Ben's had both a Velo Orange French headset and the Nitto bolt-washer-nut sets at the best prices--PLUS free shipping. Everything was shipped and arrived quickly. Now all I need to do is build the bike up for Eroica California inApril 2016... ;-)
