GBGreat inventory, great service Sourcing parts for classic bikes (in my case, a 1972 Peugeot PX-10) is difficult unless you find the right sources, and Ben's is now one of them. I needed an inexpensive but good-qualityFrench headset and two handlebar clamping bolt sets for Nitto (1-inch quill) stems. Ben's had both a Velo Orange French headset and the Nitto bolt-washer-nut sets at the best prices--PLUS free shipping. Everything was shipped and arrived quickly. Now all I need to do is build the bike up for Eroica California inApril 2016... ;-)

GBBen's Cycle Found Ben's Cycle searching for particular item. Started my order online but then called to ask a question. Matt knew the product line(s) and answered my question and then completed the order over the phone. Order shipped that day and arrived on time (2 business days from WI to FL). I will definitely shop there again.

GBHad hard to find tires. Easily corrected my error when I requested in-store pick up. They had Gatorskin Hardshells in 27 inch size. Got them in 2 or 3 days without paying for premium shipping. When I saw on my receipt that I had indicated in-store pickup, it was easily corrected with a phone call.

GBGreat Price/Fast Arrival on My Tektro Retro Brakes I was looking for some Tektro R559 Long Reach Brakes with regular nut attachment for my old Raleigh Gran Sport bike. Ben's had them for a great price plus a special free shipping deal. They arrived 3 days later - probably would have been quicker but USPS was slow to get them out to my building, not Ben's fault. I had ordered some MKS pedals several years ago and again, a great deal and quick arrival. Kudos.
