He told me to sleep on it and never pressured me into spending any money (which, as a former car salesperson, felt amazing). Had hard to find tires. Easily corrected my error when I requested in-store pick up. They had Gatorskin Hardshells in 27 inch size. Got them in 2 or 3 days without paying for premium shipping. When I saw on my receipt that I had indicated in-store pickup, it was easily corrected with a phone call.

Great selection of bicycle gear. I'm a 'do it yourself' cyclist, have done all the work to my bikes for years (build indestructible wheels!). The search function pulled up a good selection and the filters allowed me to fine tune it. I dealt with both a social media representative and an ecom representative prior to placing my order and they were able to answer my questions so I ordered exactly what I was looking for. Prices are great too and very clear what you are getting.
