Tried hard, but missed the point I was connected to Ben's through an ebay link and Ben's procured from Surly a cyclocross fork. Through an email exchange, I was told that Ben's would get the fork on a Monday and it would be shipped same day and would arrive via two-day delivery on a Wed. Ben's didn't get the fork on time and it didn't get me the fork within 2 days after it was received. Ben's credited me the shipping. The far bigger problem was that the fork shown on ebay indicated it had a 1" steerer tube and the fork I received has 1-1/8" tube. Customer service after I raised that point was poor and I have never been able to figure out what went wrong.

Great Price/Fast Arrival on My Tektro Retro Brakes I was looking for some Tektro R559 Long Reach Brakes with regular nut attachment for my old Raleigh Gran Sport bike. Ben's had them for a great price plus a special free shipping deal. They arrived 3 days later - probably would have been quicker but USPS was slow to get them out to my building, not Ben's fault. I had ordered some MKS pedals several years ago and again, a great deal and quick arrival. Kudos.

The Best online bike shop Ben's was the only online shop that had all the parts I needed when converting my mtb to single speed. I really like the Project List in the members section, It makes it a lot easier to keep track when ordering multiple parts or if you have more than 1 project your ordering for. Great service from Ben's Cycle Searched high and low for black dia compe guidonnet brake levers. Ben's was put of stock when I first looked so I opted in to notify me when stock was available.
