Had hard to find tires. Easily corrected my error when I requested in-store pick up. They had Gatorskin Hardshells in 27 inch size. Got them in 2 or 3 days without paying for premium shipping. When I saw on my receipt that I had indicated in-store pickup, it was easily corrected with a phone call.

A+ Experience Bought a bike from Alex at Ben's Cycle who was extremely knowledgeable and honest about the product's strengths and weaknesses. He told me to sleep on it and never pressured me into spending any money (which, as a former car salesperson, felt amazing). The search function pulled up a good selection and the filters allowed me to fine tune it.
