Shipping problem Hi, I made a purchase of a chrome industries storm jacket with you the day, however, I have not arrived despite having cast the purchase on 10th of September, i checked my delivery status but it keeps coming in transit, I wonder when I will received it. Tried hard, but missed the point I was connected to Ben's through an ebay link and Ben's procured from Surly a cyclocross fork. Through an email exchange, I was told that Ben's would get the fork on a Monday and it would be shipped same day and would arrive via two-day delivery on a Wed. Ben's didn't get the fork on time and it didn't get me the fork within 2 days after it was received. Ben's credited me the shipping. The far bigger problem was that the fork shown on ebay indicated it had a 1" steerer tube and the fork I received has 1-1/8" tube. Customer service after I raised that point was poor and I have never been able to figure out what went wrong.

A nice find for US fixed-gear riding I see few quality steel 3/32-inch track cogs outside of Shimano Dura-Ace, which go up to only 16 teeth. So it was nice to find Milwaukee/Ben's had bigger sizes -- and that they were made in the USA. The fellow who took my order was friendly and helpful, and the shipping cost was remarkably low. The cog arrived in Kansas in just a couple of working days. I'm happy.

A great online bike resource! I love Ben's Cycle! I live in Chicago so shipping is crazy fast. When I need something quick I like to use them. Returns have always been quick and easy as well, which can be a major pain from other suppliers. I like that they provide thorough order tracking and documentation too, which has been helpful as a reference for insurance, future parts ordering, etc. Their selection of parts runs a good range from top end to more budget friendly to please most customers. I know other sites that stock only cutting edge, high priced gear so it's nice to have affordable options without feeling like I'm buying junk. Even their lower end parts still feel like good quality. I've built a couple of bikes up from parts from Ben's so far and plan on using them on future projects.

Fast, acccurate service Ben's Cycle had the complete inventory of items I was looking for in one place. Surprisingly, larger supply houses did not have all the components I needed. Ben's prices were reasonable and the shipping was great. I had a good experience and would go back to them for future cycling parts needs.
