I thought maybe it was my Pagpal acct, but asked AGD if they could help me. Within hours, they responded that they had received my request sndvwould get back to me. Within 24 hours, they sent me a link to finalize my purchase I had attempted twice before. This time, with assistance from AGD customer service, my order went through and I purchased the air pistol! Awful Customer Service Bought an Umarex Colt Defender a month ago. Trigger failed within two weeks. By the time I got to customer service, I was told it was 5 days out of the exchange period and could not be helped, despite it being delivered well within the 30 day period. Awful experience. Would advise to order elsewhere if you value customer service.

Customer service I ordered an air pistol and my bank put a hold on the purchase for security purposes. Airgun Depot recognized this and reacted very professionally. After calling my bank and informing them that my purchase was in fact made by me, I made a phone call to Airgun Depot reactivating my order. Customer help was very understanding and proceeded with my order.
