Great Customer Service...But The Clubs Aren't For Me The folks at BHG are great, in my experience. Quick replies to my questions and accurate information about fitting, demo program and the like. Unfortuantely, the clubs didn't suit me. I tried the PTX Pro 6 & 9 irons in the demo program. My 12 year Callaways were much better in every category: distance, dispersion and, most important of all, feel and feedback. I play to a 10 handicap, so the PTX Pros are obviously above my pay grade. Disappointed, sure. But hey, that's golf.

Bought pxt pro irons earlier but rain… Bought pxt pro irons earlier but rain kept me from trying them out. Glad to say I was finally able to try them out. Hitting them a little farther than my Ping I210's. Liked them so much I purchase 2 equalizer wedges. Got in 3 days after order was placed. Pitching wedge and gap wedge have a higher launch than expected. In all very satisfied with my purchases. Great value for the money and I actually get better accuracy not sure exactly why but will definitely take the results.

Purchased a set of ptx pro irons prior… Purchased a set of ptx pro irons prior to COVID in 2020, brilliant!! Ordered a gs53 max driver, 4 wood and a hybrid, plus a cap. Paid in full on 11/01/21. Still waiting, 3 emails to enquire have gone unanswered. Very disappointing after such a positive initial experience last year. I realise there is a COVID delay however we’re now talking nearly 9!weeks and zero correspondence!!

Ordered a 54* wedge with 100gr KBS tour… Ordered a 54* wedge with 100gr KBS tour lite shaft. I received a 95gr shaft. Emailed them about it and “lisa” said they use 95gr shafts to build stiff shafts. Immediately I want to return the club. I asked for a return label and “Lisa” said they are still looking into the situation bc it might have just had the wrong sticker put on it. I ask again for a return label again and nothing. I asked again today and finally got the return label. How could I trust that I’m getting what i ordered from them? Will not have any hogans in my bag.
