Excellent Customer Service … My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Would hourly recommend supporting this company.

Dribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. I purchased the Dribbleup basketball I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response. The soccer ball was a Christmas gift… The soccer ball was a Christmas gift for my Grandson. I was SO excited, I thought he'd love it. He's been playing club soccer since he was 6 or 7 (?), he's 13 now and sadly because he has frequent practices and tournaments a lot of weekends, he wasn't interested. I contacted customer service and it was returned and I had my money back right away! Their response to email was incredibly fast! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THANK YOU!!

Return/Exchange I purchased a dribble up basketball fb or my so and he received another for Christmas. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.
