Awesome product and superior customer service My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

I got this soccer ball as a Christmas… I got this soccer ball as a Christmas gift to my nephew. Yet I was charged a monthly fee when they activated it without my knowledge or consent. I will never trust or buy anything from this company again. 6 months charged without my knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY and check your account for a dribbleup $16.99 monthly fee.

Great experience so fat I will admit I didn’t really believe I would be able to get stronger or learn and skills on the app but after having the ball and being able to do lessons either live or on my own time I have learned so much and gotten stronger in my weak hand , P.S I really recommend coach Dante he is a very great explainer on the drills we learn and he takes everything slow for best results .

Dribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. Great customer service and product! Gail was quick to cancel my order (and process a full refund) which I had placed earlier in the day to only realize later that evening that my sister in law had already ordered my son a soccer ball. I’ve purchased basketballs for my son and others and in every instance had a positive experience (even when I forgot to cancel a membership for one of them). My son’s dribbling has greatly improved using the Dribble-Up basketball. Look forward to seeing his soccer skills improve as well. Highly recommend!
