Unbelievable customer support!!! We got my son a DribbleUp for Christmas and within two weeks we had seen great improvement. Unfortunately our ball was punctured. We notified DribbleUp and they replaced our ball. No questions asked since we were within the first 45 days of our purchase. Great customer service would get for any kid wanting to improve their abilities.

Deceptive advertising Deceptive advertising. Not in any of the ads I still see, do I hear a mention of a paid subscription. They sell this as a "Smart Soccer Ball" in fact there is absolutely nothing smart about it. It's a regular soccer ball that requires a paid subscription to their app to make it smart. It can only qualify as smart because it makes you feel stupid for falling for this scam.

Dribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. Great customer service Great customer service! Never had any issues and very prompt with replying through email. Ordered the wrong size soccer ball and wanted to exchange it was so simple and no hassle. My nephew loves his basketball and just waiting for the soccer ball for my niece.

Quality product and good business practices! When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.
