GBExcellent Customer Service … My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Would hourly recommend supporting this company.

GBThe gift that continues to charge your account the day it is delivered. Ball arrived Saturday, via mailman handing it to my son (who it was intended for as a Christmas gift). By Sunday, I am being charged a fee for something that isn't even being used nor opened for another 15 days. I feel like I basically just paid $40 for a yellow basketball. I feel bamboozled and conned.

GBI got this soccer ball as a Christmas… I got this soccer ball as a Christmas gift to my nephew. Yet I was charged a monthly fee when they activated it without my knowledge or consent. I will never trust or buy anything from this company again. 6 months charged without my knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY and check your account for a dribbleup $16.99 monthly fee.

GBReturn/Exchange I purchased a dribble up basketball fb or my so and he received another for Christmas. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.
