GBAwesome product and superior customer service My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

GBExcellent Customer Service … My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. GBGreat customer service and product! Gail was quick to cancel my order (and process a full refund) which I had placed earlier in the day to only realize later that evening that my sister in law had already ordered my son a soccer ball. I’ve purchased basketballs for my son and others and in every instance had a positive experience (even when I forgot to cancel a membership for one of them). My son’s dribbling has greatly improved using the Dribble-Up basketball. Look forward to seeing his soccer skills improve as well. Highly recommend!

GBQuality product and good business practices! When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.

GBI got this soccer ball as a Christmas… I got this soccer ball as a Christmas gift to my nephew. Yet I was charged a monthly fee when they activated it without my knowledge or consent. I will never trust or buy anything from this company again. 6 months charged without my knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY and check your account for a dribbleup $16.99 monthly fee.
