I will never trust or buy anything from this company again. 6 months charged without my knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY and check your account for a dribbleup $16.99 monthly fee.

Dribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. The gift that continues to charge your account the day it is delivered. Ball arrived Saturday, via mailman handing it to my son (who it was intended for as a Christmas gift). By Sunday, I am being charged a fee for something that isn't even being used nor opened for another 15 days. I feel like I basically just paid $40 for a yellow basketball. I feel bamboozled and conned.
