GBQuality product and good business practices! When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.

GBI purchased the Dribbleup basketball I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response. Their customer service is excellent!! Thank you, Dribbleup!!

GBUnbelievable customer support!!! We got my son a DribbleUp for Christmas and within two weeks we had seen great improvement. Unfortunately our ball was punctured. We notified DribbleUp and they replaced our ball. No questions asked since we were within the first 45 days of our purchase. Great customer service would get for any kid wanting to improve their abilities.

GBI got this soccer ball as a Christmas… I got this soccer ball as a Christmas gift to my nephew. Yet I was charged a monthly fee when they activated it without my knowledge or consent. I will never trust or buy anything from this company again. 6 months charged without my knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY and check your account for a dribbleup $16.99 monthly fee.

GBThe gift that continues to charge your account the day it is delivered. Ball arrived Saturday, via mailman handing it to my son (who it was intended for as a Christmas gift). By Sunday, I am being charged a fee for something that isn't even being used nor opened for another 15 days. I feel like I basically just paid $40 for a yellow basketball. I feel bamboozled and conned.
