Our soccer ball had a defect and I was worried we may be out of luck, but we had an immediate replacement shipped out to us. A company that really stands by its product and its customers. I purchased the Dribbleup basketball I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response. The soccer ball was a Christmas gift… The soccer ball was a Christmas gift for my Grandson. I was SO excited, I thought he'd love it. He's been playing club soccer since he was 6 or 7 (?), he's 13 now and sadly because he has frequent practices and tournaments a lot of weekends, he wasn't interested. I contacted customer service and it was returned and I had my money back right away! Their response to email was incredibly fast! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THANK YOU!!

Return/Exchange I purchased a dribble up basketball fb or my so and he received another for Christmas. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.

So far so good So far so good. Customer service was excellent! I some how managed to order the wrong size basketball and it was handled within a few hours. Can't wait to see the progress of my boys once we receive it. Definitely will be back with an updated review.
