Excellent Customer Service … My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Would hourly recommend supporting this company.

What a great company What a great company! Incredibly responsive to all questions, and they provide quality products. My grandson already purchased their soccer ball, and asked for a Dribble Up basketball for his birthday. It arrived today and he is so excited to start his training regimen. The best part is this company does NOT charge you multiple monthly training app charges for each product. Very rare to find a supplier today who rewards their loyal customers!

Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. Great product Great product, prompt response from customer service. Kids getting a good workout while having fun and sharpening their soccer skills. Our soccer ball had a defect and I was worried we may be out of luck, but we had an immediate replacement shipped out to us. A company that really stands by its product and its customers.
