Great experience so fat I will admit I didn’t really believe I would be able to get stronger or learn and skills on the app but after having the ball and being able to do lessons either live or on my own time I have learned so much and gotten stronger in my weak hand , P.S I really recommend coach Dante he is a very great explainer on the drills we learn and he takes everything slow for best results .

I purchased the Dribbleup basketball I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response. I got this soccer ball as a Christmas… I got this soccer ball as a Christmas gift to my nephew. Yet I was charged a monthly fee when they activated it without my knowledge or consent. I will never trust or buy anything from this company again. 6 months charged without my knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY and check your account for a dribbleup $16.99 monthly fee.

Dribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. Unbelievable customer support!!! We got my son a DribbleUp for Christmas and within two weeks we had seen great improvement. Unfortunately our ball was punctured. We notified DribbleUp and they replaced our ball. No questions asked since we were within the first 45 days of our purchase. Great customer service would get for any kid wanting to improve their abilities.
