Awesome product and superior customer service My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

I purchased the Dribbleup basketball I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response. Great product, Easy return I purchased this for my son and thought it would be great for him. Unfortunately he didn’t agree. 🤣 Nonetheless, I think this is an awesome idea. Customer Service was amazing in assisting me in returning it. I highly recommend this product!!!
