So far so good So far so good. Customer service was excellent! I some how managed to order the wrong size basketball and it was handled within a few hours. Can't wait to see the progress of my boys once we receive it. Definitely will be back with an updated review.

Deceptive advertising Deceptive advertising. Not in any of the ads I still see, do I hear a mention of a paid subscription. They sell this as a "Smart Soccer Ball" in fact there is absolutely nothing smart about it. It's a regular soccer ball that requires a paid subscription to their app to make it smart. It can only qualify as smart because it makes you feel stupid for falling for this scam.

Return/Exchange I purchased a dribble up basketball fb or my so and he received another for Christmas. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! We bought fir Christmas and found out shortly after our daughter has decided basketball is for her. This is an excellent product and I can see the value for those that are looking for improvement in their playing! Highly recommend 👌

Great product Great product, prompt response from customer service. Kids getting a good workout while having fun and sharpening their soccer skills.
