Great experience so fat I will admit I didn’t really believe I would be able to get stronger or learn and skills on the app but after having the ball and being able to do lessons either live or on my own time I have learned so much and gotten stronger in my weak hand , P.S I really recommend coach Dante he is a very great explainer on the drills we learn and he takes everything slow for best results .

Quality product and good business practices! When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.

Excellent Customer Service … My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Would hourly recommend supporting this company.

Great product Great product, prompt response from customer service. Kids getting a good workout while having fun and sharpening their soccer skills. Our soccer ball had a defect and I was worried we may be out of luck, but we had an immediate replacement shipped out to us. A company that really stands by its product and its customers. Great customer service and product! Gail was quick to cancel my order (and process a full refund) which I had placed earlier in the day to only realize later that evening that my sister in law had already ordered my son a soccer ball. I’ve purchased basketballs for my son and others and in every instance had a positive experience (even when I forgot to cancel a membership for one of them). My son’s dribbling has greatly improved using the Dribble-Up basketball. Look forward to seeing his soccer skills improve as well. Highly recommend!
