Awesome product and superior customer service My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

Great product, Easy return I purchased this for my son and thought it would be great for him. Unfortunately he didn’t agree. 🤣 Nonetheless, I think this is an awesome idea. Customer Service was amazing in assisting me in returning it. I highly recommend this product!!!

Great product Great product, prompt response from customer service. Kids getting a good workout while having fun and sharpening their soccer skills. Our soccer ball had a defect and I was worried we may be out of luck, but we had an immediate replacement shipped out to us. A company that really stands by its product and its customers. Great experience so fat I will admit I didn’t really believe I would be able to get stronger or learn and skills on the app but after having the ball and being able to do lessons either live or on my own time I have learned so much and gotten stronger in my weak hand , P.S I really recommend coach Dante he is a very great explainer on the drills we learn and he takes everything slow for best results .

Deceptive advertising Deceptive advertising. Not in any of the ads I still see, do I hear a mention of a paid subscription. They sell this as a "Smart Soccer Ball" in fact there is absolutely nothing smart about it. It's a regular soccer ball that requires a paid subscription to their app to make it smart. It can only qualify as smart because it makes you feel stupid for falling for this scam.
