GBQuality product and good business practices! When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.

GBBest customer service ever! I bought this for my son, but I realized we couldn’t do the membership right now so I returned it. They have the best most responsive customer service. No Hassle complete refund no questions asked quick and polite. What a pleasant surprise. I will be buying again!

GBI purchased the Dribbleup basketball I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response.
