GBUnbelievable customer support!!! We got my son a DribbleUp for Christmas and within two weeks we had seen great improvement. Unfortunately our ball was punctured. We notified DribbleUp and they replaced our ball. No questions asked since we were within the first 45 days of our purchase. Great customer service would get for any kid wanting to improve their abilities.

GBWhat a great company What a great company! Incredibly responsive to all questions, and they provide quality products. My grandson already purchased their soccer ball, and asked for a Dribble Up basketball for his birthday. It arrived today and he is so excited to start his training regimen. The best part is this company does NOT charge you multiple monthly training app charges for each product. Very rare to find a supplier today who rewards their loyal customers!

GBDribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. GBAwesome product and superior customer service My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

GBQuality product and good business practices! When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.
