Best customer service ever! I bought this for my son, but I realized we couldn’t do the membership right now so I returned it. They have the best most responsive customer service. No Hassle complete refund no questions asked quick and polite. What a pleasant surprise. I will be buying again!

The gift that continues to charge your account the day it is delivered. Ball arrived Saturday, via mailman handing it to my son (who it was intended for as a Christmas gift). By Sunday, I am being charged a fee for something that isn't even being used nor opened for another 15 days. I feel like I basically just paid $40 for a yellow basketball. I feel bamboozled and conned.

Great product, Easy return I purchased this for my son and thought it would be great for him. Unfortunately he didn’t agree. 🤣 Nonetheless, I think this is an awesome idea. Customer Service was amazing in assisting me in returning it. I highly recommend this product!!!

Deceptive advertising Deceptive advertising. Not in any of the ads I still see, do I hear a mention of a paid subscription. They sell this as a "Smart Soccer Ball" in fact there is absolutely nothing smart about it. It's a regular soccer ball that requires a paid subscription to their app to make it smart. It can only qualify as smart because it makes you feel stupid for falling for this scam.

Great customer service Great customer service! Never had any issues and very prompt with replying through email. Ordered the wrong size soccer ball and wanted to exchange it was so simple and no hassle. My nephew loves his basketball and just waiting for the soccer ball for my niece.
