I purchased the Dribbleup basketball I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response. Great product Great product, prompt response from customer service. Kids getting a good workout while having fun and sharpening their soccer skills. Our soccer ball had a defect and I was worried we may be out of luck, but we had an immediate replacement shipped out to us. A company that really stands by its product and its customers. The gift that continues to charge your account the day it is delivered. Ball arrived Saturday, via mailman handing it to my son (who it was intended for as a Christmas gift). By Sunday, I am being charged a fee for something that isn't even being used nor opened for another 15 days. I feel like I basically just paid $40 for a yellow basketball. I feel bamboozled and conned.

Return/Exchange I purchased a dribble up basketball fb or my so and he received another for Christmas. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.

Awesome product and superior customer service My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!
