GBThe gift that continues to charge your account the day it is delivered. Ball arrived Saturday, via mailman handing it to my son (who it was intended for as a Christmas gift). By Sunday, I am being charged a fee for something that isn't even being used nor opened for another 15 days. I feel like I basically just paid $40 for a yellow basketball. I feel bamboozled and conned.

Gail was quick to cancel my order (and process a full refund) which I had placed earlier in the day to only realize later that evening that my sister in law had already ordered my son a soccer ball. I’ve purchased basketballs for my son and others and in every instance had a positive experience (even when I forgot to cancel a membership for one of them). My son’s dribbling has greatly improved using the Dribble-Up basketball. Look forward to seeing his soccer skills improve as well. Highly recommend!

GBDribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt.
