So far so good So far so good. Customer service was excellent! I some how managed to order the wrong size basketball and it was handled within a few hours. Can't wait to see the progress of my boys once we receive it. Definitely will be back with an updated review.

Awesome product and superior customer service My son was gifted the smart basketball for Christmas. He tried it out but found it wasn’t something he would utilize on a regular basis. I even downloaded the app for him to try. It is excellent for those that would find it useful. I requested a refund via email and the customer service was excellent with quick a response. They sent a return label as soon as requested and fully refunded my app membership fee. I am awaiting the product refund but have already received an e-mail that it was on the way. I would definitely recommend supporting this company. Amazing customer service and awesome product idea!

Excellent Customer Service … My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Great product, Easy return I purchased this for my son and thought it would be great for him. Unfortunately he didn’t agree. 🤣 Nonetheless, I think this is an awesome idea. Customer Service was amazing in assisting me in returning it. I highly recommend this product!!!

Quality product and good business practices! When I purchased this for my grandsons Christmas present way back in November they allowed the membership to begin the day after Christmas. The customer service is so responsive. Our grandson loves the basketball and did use the training and drills. He just decided that for now he doesn’t want to continue the subscription. I emailed customer service and the cancellation was completed within minutes. I respect this company for their quality product and for their good business practices.
