Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. Great product, Easy return I purchased this for my son and thought it would be great for him. Unfortunately he didn’t agree. 🤣 Nonetheless, I think this is an awesome idea. Customer Service was amazing in assisting me in returning it. I highly recommend this product!!!

Unbelievable customer support!!! We got my son a DribbleUp for Christmas and within two weeks we had seen great improvement. Unfortunately our ball was punctured. We notified DribbleUp and they replaced our ball. No questions asked since we were within the first 45 days of our purchase. Great customer service would get for any kid wanting to improve their abilities.
