Dribble-up customer service is on… Dribble-up customer service is on point! There was a miscommunication within my family, and two of us purchased the dribble-up soccer ball for one child. Not only did the customer service team email me back within an hour, but they kindly refunded me for my purchase, no questions asked. They were super friendly and prompt. Excellent Customer Service … My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Would hourly recommend supporting this company.

So far so good So far so good. Customer service was excellent! I some how managed to order the wrong size basketball and it was handled within a few hours. Can't wait to see the progress of my boys once we receive it. Definitely will be back with an updated review.

Great product, Easy return I purchased this for my son and thought it would be great for him. Unfortunately he didn’t agree. 🤣 Nonetheless, I think this is an awesome idea. Customer Service was amazing in assisting me in returning it. I highly recommend this product!!!

Great customer service Great customer service! Never had any issues and very prompt with replying through email. Ordered the wrong size soccer ball and wanted to exchange it was so simple and no hassle. My nephew loves his basketball and just waiting for the soccer ball for my niece.
