Hopeless service Hopeless service. Can't access the website. Tried phoning but staff are incapable of answering a simple query about where to return an item sent in error. I've wasted three days trying to resolve this matter and still haven't got anywhere. Avoid Glisshop at all costs. I've sent twenty or more emails and made five phone calls to explain I cannot access their web site. (I've tried three different browsers and have no trouble accessing other web sites). Their only response is 'go on line' - which I've explained I cannot. I've given up hope of returning an item sent in error and recovering the cost. Are they just hopeless or is this a deliberate policy to discourage returns?

Great experience. Ordered from the UK and I can confirm VAT and duty are taken care of in the ticket price. Delivery was steady in terms of time, but predictable given coming to the UK from the EU. Very good communication throughout. Price was more the competitive.
