I love this bottle I love this bottle! The handle on the side is a nice feature for everyday carrying. But also having the hand strap and over the shoulder strap makes it convenient when you have a lot going on. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Quick to respond and handle any issues/concerns!

Highly recommend I had purchased a hydrogallon and was loving it but one day accidentally dropped it on pavement resulting it cracking. I emailed the company and they had a replacement out to me the very next day. I would highly recommend this company!
