Outstanding customer service We ordered a Hydro Gallon bottle on Amazon recently for our son, and the bottle cracked when it banged into a fence as we were walking. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly. The rep I spoke with was great - he apologized for the inconvenience and had a new bottle shipped out immediately at no cost to me. Excellent customer service!

I can't rave enough about the Hydro… I can't rave enough about the Hydro Gallon! My HS football player uses his daily and absolutely loves it. Not only does it keep him hydrated throughout his intense training sessions, but the sleek design also adds a touch of coolness to his gear. Kudos to Hydro Gallon for creating a product that's both functional and stylish enough for my high schooler to love.
