GBAre they out of business Are they out of business, or what? I need to speak to customer service regarding the best choice to purchase, for my specific needs, and no answer. I've left phone messages, nothing. I've been reading bad complaints to I can only imagine they have gone belly up, but are taking peoples money and not supplying a product. What a shame...I really wanted to purchase from them, based on older reviews. But I won't let them steal my money by placing an order on-line...there is no one to communicate with the check the order status, because it's not going to ship.

IENot delivered - terrible customer care I would give Zero stars if it was an option!! I purchased their expensive product and got notice that it was our for delivery. After waiting more than the normal delivery time I checked the tracking only to see that it was marked as Delivered and signed for in a totally different county. I tried emailing and got no reply so tried a different email address and was replied to telling me that the order was delivered and 'did I know Micheal?maybe he's a neighbour'!! It was signed for in a different county! I explained this to the representative and forwarded a copy of my invice with the address. In a following email I wadls then told the driver remembered the delivery and 'do you know the shop born in the shopping centre?'!!! My name and address was clearly printed on my invoice. I still have not had a solution after paying full price for this product. It is an issue with their delivery company but their customer care has been awful trying to sort the problem.

GBI can no longer recommend a Bellicon… I can no longer recommend a Bellicon rebounder. I've owned my rebounder since 2016 and it used to be a wonderful, comfortable and enjoyable bounce. In 2022, I needed to replace my bungees because they had become too stretched out after years of use. I ordered a replacement pair and the bungee material has changed. In addition to the bungees having a terrible chemical smell unlike the original bungees, the bounce is now hard, jarring and uncomfortable. I am now experiencing pain in my back which travels down my legs when I use the rebounder. My bellicon has become a $500 paperweight. I also experienced the same issues as others have posted with terrible nonexistent customer service.

GBLove my bellicon Love my bellicon! Have been using it for 2.5 years and only recently had to replace the bungees and decided to upgrade to the comfort mat because of the slightly larger surface area. The bounce is so smooth and I can really get good air when bouncing. As someone with chronic Lyme disease and mold toxin illness, getting my lymph moving to assist with detox is a must and bouncing on my bellicon is an important part of my healing journey. Thank you bellicon for making such durable trampolines!

GBEvery new mom need a Bellicon! Every new mom should get a mini-trampoline, or rebounder, for her kids to use! My husband got a Bellicon for me (at my request) but all 3 of my boys have used it regularly. I firmly believe that is a big part of how coordinated they are! Initially, we lived in a small townhouse and the Bellicon allowed for daily indoor activity regardless of the weather! They are all skilled athletes. After about 15 years of near daily use, I finally had to buy a new mat and my 2nd set of replacement bungees. These things last! Thanks, Bellicon!
