FRIrresponsable towards clients We ordered a board before Christmas 2020. Then, suddenly, the web-site cancelled the order and did a payement refund without explaining any reasons and without proposing any additional options. We tried to contact them via “contact back”, but we didn’t get the answer in 24h, as they promise that, and we didn’t get any answer at all. Very irresponsible towards their clients.

GBExcellent product, excellent experience, and excellent customer service My 12 year old son received his BoardUp longboard as a Christmas gift. It quickly became his favorite item. He loves riding it and showing off its functionality. When an issue required company assistance, Bin at BoardUp was very helpful and promptly resolved it.

JPExcellent skateboard Excellent skateboard! Everything is of top-notch quality. However, it'll be nice if future board can have some form of protection for the back-flap of the skateboard, as it seems that in order to fold, it's required to skid the back part onto the ground, which i believe will cause the back-wooden flap to wear down over time. (However, I have to note that I'm a beginner myself, and not sure if those are part of the "normal" wear of skateboarding)

GBCustomer service warning Perhaps this is growing pains, but when the hinge on my son's folding board broke within 2 weeks, 6 weeks and one wrong replacement hinge later we are still exchanging emails and being offered a refurbished board instead of the refund we have requested. The board itself rode smoothly and my son is disappointed that the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. I wish the company well and hope they can hire some good office help so they can focus on the technical side.
