Bad Customer support My wife placed an order for a board as a birthday gift for me a month and a half ahead. However, when she inquired about the status, she received a brief response stating, "Sorry, we are out of stock," without any explanation. We do not even know when we will receive a refund. The customer support experience has been highly disappointing. Although I cannot comment on the quality of the board, I hope that more attention is given to operations than to customer support.

Excellent skateboard Excellent skateboard! Everything is of top-notch quality. However, it'll be nice if future board can have some form of protection for the back-flap of the skateboard, as it seems that in order to fold, it's required to skid the back part onto the ground, which i believe will cause the back-wooden flap to wear down over time. (However, I have to note that I'm a beginner myself, and not sure if those are part of the "normal" wear of skateboarding)

The perfect travel Companion Fast service and kind staff. Very personal eMail responses. The board itself is nicely crafted and i used a lot in the last two weeks. The perfect companion for traveling - it even fits into my hand luggage suitcase ;) The folding and locking system works super reliable, there was no need for manual adjustments. I'm super happy

BoardUp (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) The BoardUp has been nothing but an amazingly brilliant longboard. Plus the customer service is easily 5 stars in my eyes. Great longboard for a beginner like me. You can tell how much keen attention to detail was put into engineering this board together. Runs satisfyingly smooth when I'm cruising around on it.

Originally I loved my fold-able… Originally I loved my fold-able longboard. But the shortcommings of the board have become clearer for every board I've bought since. And currently I'm using a Teemo for my daily commute. The fold-able longboard is way too soft. Foot placement is very important to avoid scratching the bottom of the board unless you are a kid. And the E-add on is not something I can recommend either. The single hub motor is not strong enough on it's own. And it feels more like a helping motor than anything else. No to mention the bad instructions for installing and difficulty installing. Plus the less than stellar help when corresponding. The hinge is a good idea. Everything else needs work.
