GBBoardUp (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) The BoardUp has been nothing but an amazingly brilliant longboard. Plus the customer service is easily 5 stars in my eyes. Great longboard for a beginner like me. You can tell how much keen attention to detail was put into engineering this board together. Runs satisfyingly smooth when I'm cruising around on it.

GBCustomer service problems My name is Ralph Jones jr. And I haven't been able to access my account since I purchased my item, I didn't realize that it would take this long for my item to arrive and that it was being shipped overseas I wish my experience could have been better. I've been trying to get in contact numerous amounts of times to be able to access my account and there hasn't been anything done, please improve on this.

GBWith some tweaking it works like it should With some tweaking, the boards work as intended. I wish they did a disclaimer that practicing the twisting opening method would sometimes cause the board to flip dark side, and damage the deck tape. I bought two boards, one was great out of the box, the other needed adjusting of the cable collar

GBCustomer service warning Perhaps this is growing pains, but when the hinge on my son's folding board broke within 2 weeks, 6 weeks and one wrong replacement hinge later we are still exchanging emails and being offered a refurbished board instead of the refund we have requested. The board itself rode smoothly and my son is disappointed that the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. I wish the company well and hope they can hire some good office help so they can focus on the technical side.

GBExcellent product, excellent experience, and excellent customer service My 12 year old son received his BoardUp longboard as a Christmas gift. It quickly became his favorite item. He loves riding it and showing off its functionality. When an issue required company assistance, Bin at BoardUp was very helpful and promptly resolved it.
