Customer service warning Perhaps this is growing pains, but when the hinge on my son's folding board broke within 2 weeks, 6 weeks and one wrong replacement hinge later we are still exchanging emails and being offered a refurbished board instead of the refund we have requested. The board itself rode smoothly and my son is disappointed that the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. I wish the company well and hope they can hire some good office help so they can focus on the technical side.

Great e-board! Using it since two weeks. The overall performance of the dual motors are beyond expectations, even on slopes and not-well maintained country roads. If shipped internationaly (like me), make sure to contact the shipping company if you feel you may miss the delivery, because these battery are considered "dangerous parcel" and they may not be able to store it for too long.

Bad Customer support My wife placed an order for a board as a birthday gift for me a month and a half ahead. However, when she inquired about the status, she received a brief response stating, "Sorry, we are out of stock," without any explanation. We do not even know when we will receive a refund. The customer support experience has been highly disappointing. Although I cannot comment on the quality of the board, I hope that more attention is given to operations than to customer support.

I love this foldable skateboard I love this foldable skateboard. It has revolutionized my commute. I am a beginner skateboarder - so I don't use it on the streets - but I ride it on a wide paved walkway (which is level & straight - haven't used it on hills/curves) beside the water to link up with the NYC ferry system. I can almost imagine I'm surfing! It's easy to fold/unfold; and comfortable to ride (there is a small rectangular gap in the center - around the handle/hinge - but this has not been a problem for riding). It's lightweight to carry and fits in my backpack so I can conveniently pack it away out of sight for work. I only wish I'd started skateboarding earlier!!
