They have excellent customer service! I had an issue once with a defective product and all I need to do was send them an email on a weekend and the owner himself responded right there and then! They even offered to send a replacement to my location ?(Philippines). Thank you for sharing the stoke!

Everything was good but... Really happy with the prices and the ordering process, (I bought a longboard deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings non assembled) but when I got the package there was a little bit of damage to the deck. Nothing serious, just a couple scratches off the paint on one end, and a bit where one of the trucks had torn some paint off (because it was all in one box.) I didn't send it back or anything because, like i said, it was just cosmetic and I wanted to ride, but i wasn't completely satisfied. I'd probably order from them again, but i'd order the deck with separate shipping so there wouldn't be any damage.

Love the skateboard We received our order on the date we expected it. Would order from them again!
