Bad sent wrong trucks no email reply in 4 days Can I get some customer service soon

Great Products and Excellent Customer Service Socialskateboarding.com offers a wide variety of products from street skating to longboarding. Their rates are incomparable! They have excellent customer service! I had an issue once with a defective product and all I need to do was send them an email on a weekend and the owner himself responded right there and then! They even offered to send a replacement to my location ?(Philippines). Thank you for sharing the stoke!

I am the type of person to search for quite a while to find the best price possible and Social is the place with the best prices. I'm being ignored by this company According to their website and in Amazon that they ship internationally but it seems they do not entertain buyers from outside the United States. I sent emails and follow-ups, website instant message, facebook message and even posted to their forum but I didn't get any reply from them.

Everything was good but... Really happy with the prices and the ordering process, (I bought a longboard deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings non assembled) but when I got the package there was a little bit of damage to the deck. Nothing serious, just a couple scratches off the paint on one end, and a bit where one of the trucks had torn some paint off (because it was all in one box.) I didn't send it back or anything because, like i said, it was just cosmetic and I wanted to ride, but i wasn't completely satisfied. I'd probably order from them again, but i'd order the deck with separate shipping so there wouldn't be any damage.
