After that, you will get 1-1 talks with hiring coaches that will help you improve your interview skills and give you a lot of honest feedback. You also get good feedback if you do not get hired by a potential company which is very much appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Strider to anyone who is looking for a remote engineering position. The platform makes it easy to find the right job and the customer support is top-notch. BRI had a great experience with strider I had a great experience with strider, the only thing that i am not happy was some doubts that I had about the contract on deel platform that the girls helped us during the process couldn't answer, but clearly that's not their fault. You should tell us the better way to sign it.

Fast interviews and direct contact with recruiter, also, client want's to hire you as well, so they will do as much as possible to get information from you, but if you have everything right, then you are okay.
