High quality, but... The overall quality of this service is top-notch. It is indeed what I expected it to be: highly-detailed editing. However, I do recommend one thing that this site is lacking: customer service. I feel like this company only has one customer service representative that replies every other business day, which is extremely inconvenient for me (the client). I hope you can fix this, and do reply to my review if you need more clarification. Thank you.

Does not review essays on time. Edit: Customer support rocks I paid extra money to have my essay edited in 1 day, because it was somewhat urgent. It took more than 2 days edit: received my order and feedback was satisfactory but still unhappy about the lateness edit2: I did recieve a partial refund of 20% edit3: although i was a bit unhappy with the late edit, the edits way exceeded my expectations and I was offered a free essay review during RD. Overall, I am extremely happy with the outcome.

After crossing the deadline which was 1-day turnaround delivery, I was extended an extra 1 day, but still, 1 PIQ has not been turned in to me. I singed up for 1 day turnaround time, after 1 day they mailed that 2 PIQ will take more than 1 day, which is an extension of 1 day. It's been 2 days but I still haven't got mine 1 PIQs yet. I am super disappointed about it. First of all, they assured me my mailing that it will al be done by today. Secondly, what's the point of me giving extra money for 1 day turnover when I am not getting 1 PIQ in 2 days?

Worth it!! Alexandra's review was very helpful and thorough. I think she explained each point in my essay where I could provide clarity, strengthen my writing, and further prove personal growth from the experience I had. Both her in line edits and overall review at the end were very specific, and I will for sure use them when editing!
