High quality, but... The overall quality of this service is top-notch. It is indeed what I expected it to be: highly-detailed editing. However, I do recommend one thing that this site is lacking: customer service. I feel like this company only has one customer service representative that replies every other business day, which is extremely inconvenient for me (the client). I hope you can fix this, and do reply to my review if you need more clarification. Thank you.

Great Service! The essay reviews are somewhat helpful (especially for the price!), although I sometime wish they were more specific in how I should change context wise. The zoom call was really helpful, and would love to do it again. Overall, a great service and will continue to use it until the college applications are over!

After crossing the deadline which was 1-day turnaround delivery, I was extended an extra 1 day, but still, 1 PIQ has not been turned in to me. I singed up for 1 day turnaround time, after 1 day they mailed that 2 PIQ will take more than 1 day, which is an extension of 1 day. It's been 2 days but I still haven't got mine 1 PIQs yet. I am super disappointed about it. First of all, they assured me my mailing that it will al be done by today. Secondly, what's the point of me giving extra money for 1 day turnover when I am not getting 1 PIQ in 2 days?
