Great Service! The essay reviews are somewhat helpful (especially for the price!), although I sometime wish they were more specific in how I should change context wise. However, I do recommend one thing that this site is lacking: customer service. I feel like this company only has one customer service representative that replies every other business day, which is extremely inconvenient for me (the client).
