High quality, but... The overall quality of this service is top-notch. It is indeed what I expected it to be: highly-detailed editing. However, I do recommend one thing that this site is lacking: customer service. I feel like this company only has one customer service representative that replies every other business day, which is extremely inconvenient for me (the client).
