High quality, but... The overall quality of this service is top-notch. It is indeed what I expected it to be: highly-detailed editing. However, I do recommend one thing that this site is lacking: customer service. I feel like this company only has one customer service representative that replies every other business day, which is extremely inconvenient for me (the client). Would use again! My consultant sent me a really detailed edit of my essay draft with a long paragraph with some advice. They're honest, so it's worth your money! I do wish it was a bit cheaper for expediting reviews.
