However, I do recommend one thing that this site is lacking: customer service. I feel like this company only has one customer service representative that replies every other business day, which is extremely inconvenient for me (the client). Does not review essays on time. Edit: Customer support rocks I paid extra money to have my essay edited in 1 day, because it was somewhat urgent. It took more than 2 days edit: received my order and feedback was satisfactory but still unhappy about the lateness edit2: I did recieve a partial refund of 20% edit3: although i was a bit unhappy with the late edit, the edits way exceeded my expectations and I was offered a free essay review during RD. Overall, I am extremely happy with the outcome.
