They list stuff for a good price on… They list stuff for a good price on eBay and then cancel the order on you claiming inventory error so they can avoid bad feedback, then repost at a higher price later. Total scam. Took several days to tell me about it too so it was too late for me to look elsewhere. Don’t do business with them. Shady commerce tactics. You don’t have any business being on eBay if you can’t keep basic inventory straight and certainly not with 99.9 positive feedback .

Best of the Best Bike shops come and go well perhaps they could have learned a few things from this business model. I live locally, so I have used them in the past for repair. My vintage Bianchi bicycle rear derailleur needed repair, which most bike mechanics shy away from touching, well that was not the case with Tree Fort, they fixed it and it's been going strong for years. The price machine is so wonderful... (they search competitors and match the price), so that makes them my go to part and accessory supplier. Usually, I can purchase all my needs from one store. I have had nothing but a positive experience with all aspects of this bike shop.

Excellent company Excellent company, super fast delivery, and a great price. Way better than Amazon, or Ebay in my opinion. You can call them and actually talk with someone who knows what they are talking about. Small business competing with huge business's trying to monopolize the market, and still able to provide better service at a competitive price. You have my respect, and gratitude.

They don’t always honor the price match… They don’t always honor the price match even when it is their own pricing showing in Google shopping. I placed an item in my cart at $152 and when I went to pay for it the price went up in my cart to $234. Google even says they still are selling it at $152. I contacted them and they won’t honor that price. I have bought from them before and had taken advantage of their price match. I guess if they won’t honor their own pricing in a service they pay for I can’t support them as a business anymore. According to their Facebook “they understand”, but I guess that means only if it is advantageous to them.
