Received a damaged Schwalbe tire. I ordered two Schwalbe Land Cruiser tires for my gravel bike. Mounted rear tire with no problem. The second tire bulged enough the front wheel wouldn't turn. Upon inspection, there was a six inch section of severe damage inside the tire. I used only plastic tire tools to mount so I am sure I did not damage the tire when mounting. I sent an email to Tree Fort Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I received a phone call from Scott in Customer Service telling me they were shipping a replacement tire that day. Simply amazing customer service! I would give them a couple more stars if the system. Thanks to all at Tree Fort who helped me with this issue.

This store is 10 minutes further away… This store is 10 minutes further away from than two other, larger, bike shops. I drive the extra 10 minutes every time because the people are great and the quality of work is excellent.
